I've been using Active Campaign for about 5 years now. Over the past years, I've noticed a significant decline in service and performance. They no longer have phone support, the only way you can reach someone in sales and tech support is via email and chat, unfortunately it takes days for anyone to response and they really are;t very helpful. IT'S CLEAR, THEY NO LONGER HAVE DEDICATED CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SALES TEAM. Also, the website is VERY SLOW, and it glitches often. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Please stop telling people not to worry about covid19 because it only kills old people. FYI - there are lots of us old people in this country! I have asthma and my husband has lung disease. It makes me think you are concentrating on how much money the government will save on social security, Medicare and Medicaid if you kill off a bunch of the older people.

Impossible to log in to watch fox nation,no customer help either&when you sign up it is automatically renewed,there is no refund tried to install on 2 different tvs when you log in it goes to utub channel which I don't have waste of money stay away from fox nation

Its second time item has been lost/stolen. Depop refunded money on first time and I was really impressed and it gained my trust on app. I again placed orderfor my sister any my £103 were scammed. Now depop is not taking action even it was protected purchase. Furthermore, seller is sending offending notes to me. I dont recommend this app, its not protected.

I purchase the ps5 4 days ago and the order was still processing up till yesterday, I tried to contact them using their online chat (before the status changed)which is bloody awful! It don’t work it says it will put you through to an agent then you are left sitting there for over an hour and then it tells you no one is available. I finally get a notification to say it has been dispatched with the tracking number, advising it would be delivered today but checking this morning and again this afternoon and the status has not changed.There was no notice to say the order process would be slow before I ordered the PlayStation and the lack of communication makes this process so hard, I though I had been duped out of the order and it’s now 5pm and the delivery status still has not changed.I would strongly recommend that you invest some money in your customers service teams. your order process is just a joke and trying to reach you is even worse, and from past reviews this seems to be a recurring them. You would think with the turn over of 2.1billion pound in revenue last year you would use some of this money to better assist your customers.

The worst customer service that I have ever encountered. We ordered and paid for a watch for a birthday present. A month later, Garmin are still blaming UPS, their delivery company for its non-arrival. It has taken a dozen calls and emails just to establish that UPS is investigating the disappearance of the product. The 8 days given to UPS by Garmin, did not even start until three weeks after the watch went missing. I have tried repeatedly to explain to the "Product Support Manager" at Garmin, that I have no interest in whether Garmin or their agent lost the item. Our contract is with Garmin.. They failed to deliver. End of story. They are not even interested in refunding or replacing what they failed to deliver and say they "might" be able to tell us more at an unspecified date in the future.Appalling customer service!

I totally hate the new Duolingo format. I liked being able to go to stories or review things that I felt I was weak in. Now it is so directed and unpleasant. I am not enjoying it at all. Please, change it back or allow people to pick the style that is best for them. Some of us don't like the Duolingo telling us the exact story we have to read. Terrible change

No hassle return policy is a scam. More like no answer phone, no reply to emails or Chat with always at least 20 people in front of you policy. Any other website you can request a shipping label with having to talk to a customer service representative that has zero intentions of answering.

And one that actually works?Email today from Channel 4 with suggested content…unsubscribe link simply links to the app with shows to watch. Doesn’t seem legal to me but perhaps someone from C4 could expand for me as to how this doesn’t apply to your business…

Just a heads up ! Now that bbb has joined with overstock they are charging you return shipping if your not happy with your purchases. It doesn't seem to matter if you ordered green and you got blue, unless its damaged you'll pay the shipping. Example: area rug $95.00 return shipping cost 45.00 . Unfortunately I didn't find this out until I tried to cancel my order after the 30 min. window close . Amazon and Wayfair are getting some of their merchandise from bbb and yet they will not charge you return shipping if your not satisfied with bbb merchandise .bbb sales rep never mentioned this to me when I asked for better detail about a product.She had no information. Basically its a crap shoot. Live and learn. I will not be shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond any more.
