Do not sell on eBay. My account was suspended without any indication why or any way of contacting them. Sending messages to support only returns the same automatically generated email. All funds are frozen and I can’t even contact any buyers to inform them I won’t be able to ship their purchase. What happened to eBay? It’s insane how poor the customer service is. No transparency at all. Had I shipped the purchase already, I would have no way of receiving payment.

Absolutely disgusting organisation. I set up a free job trial to see how it worked. When i realised it was not of use, I thought i had cancelled the trial and now see two enormous charges on my credit card bill. Logging back in to try and cancel is impossible as there is nowhere to cancel unless you have a premium subscription which i dont because i cancelled it and as you need a premium subscription for a jobs trial once you have cancelled this you cant cancel the jobs trial so ones assumes both are cancelled. No confirmation emails are sent with regard to anything that you subscribe/unsubscribe to and They then make it as confusing and as difficult as possible in order to steal your money. They are impossible to communicate with - no contact number or email address so they will just keep stealing your money!! This is tantamount to fraud! Avoid like the plague!!
