Amazingly incompetent

Amazingly incompetentI had a pre-printed label to return items. After sitting on the phone for 15 minutes to schedule the pick up and get a confirmation number, FedEx failed to do the pick up (sadly they delivered another package that day right where the return was). I then spent another 20 minutes to be told my return was never scheduled and they will try again.
