I have ordered an item for a gift, after received we really that some of the pieces were missing. I have advise customer service and the only solution provide is arrange a collection even don't waiting for a reply for my part. Really disappointing. I have been having a great opinion in relation with the brand but I think that the years didn't forgive anyone. Nevermore.
