Fantastic service - and free of charge

I rang up looking for a replacement strap for my wife's Garmin Approach X40 (golf watch). I spoke to a delightful person who, after some searching, discovered there was a strap she could send out. I received it the following day, along with the correct very small screws and the appropriate screwdriver. And I wasn't charged. I have to say I was very impressed. Thank you.

I ordered a t-shirt for about £30 as a birthday present from the Zara branch in Central London. I emphasized. Will I receive it tomorrow? This is a gift. Zara employee said 100%, it's been almost 4 days now. That person has returned to his country and I still haven't received the T-shirt. Unfortunately, I was able to chat with them on WhatsApp. which was unsuccessful, they did not even want to satisfy me, who has been a Zara customer for 10 years. And to make up for being embarrassed in front of my friend.

Review of newegg

Newegg stole money from us

We ordered a video card and paid with a credit card. Newegg took a PARTIAL PAYMENT and stopped the order. Called the bank, they couldnt refund since it was a "verified transaction", and newegg kept the partial payment, and say they cannot refund it because the order was cancelled- but the partial payment was verified. They took money while providing NO services at all. Literally a scam and theft. This company is scum. Avoid shopping here.

First time customer....never again.

First time customer....last time customer. Ordered a pair of earbuds. Nice easy order. Was taking forever to be delivered. I finally managed to get an answer as to why. Yup...lost my order. Oops. No more in stock and that's it. Want a refund??? You have to agree to it before they will send it. So I'm guessing if I hadn't pursued them on this issue I probably wouldn't have got it. Ugh. Oh well...think I will stick to Amazon and Best Buy and won't be giving Lenovo a second chance.

Faulty within the first 3 months

Like many others, they shipped me a faulty device and refuse to replace it. After less than 3 months, the faults are making the device unusable. After hours on with tech support & sales support, I have been told a replacement is not possible because their return window is 30 days - even though the device is under "warranty" for another 9 months. I guess Lenovo doesn't expect longevity out of their devices. Customer support is handcuffed on options and unable/unwilling to find a resolution. I won't make the mistake of buying Lenovo again in the future.

Review of dell

Computer died after a week

Probably the worst experience of my life. My company bought a desktop computer which died a week after. Dell fixed it because it was under the 30 day warranty. Now less than a year later, the computer is dead again. Called Dell three times, first time the call drops when their representative redirects me to another associate. Called the second time and the representatives redirected me three times before getting me the correct number. Last time I gave the representative the service number with the order number and she straight up said it doesn’t exist and hang up. I do the ordering for our company and I will make sure we will not purchase Dell products again. The product is not good and the representatives need a lot of training on their “customer service”.

Review of cloudflare

Cloudflare doesn't offer auto renewal of SSL certificates.

Cloudflare has no option to have SSL certificates automatically renewed nor do they notify you when they expire. My website host obtained the certificate and was unaware of the expiration until we experienced the problem of our site not being able be be safely accessed by the public. Their support is virtually non-existant if you don't subscribe to a business plan. The certificate is actually issued by another company but Cloudflare is the first to switch the website off of a secure status.

This site seemed ok ... then I am 20 days from purchase date and STILL waiting for my book. I sent the seller an email and got a short, rude reply back about nonsense.. I dont care dude.. where is my BOOK. Went to leave some customer feedback on their site about said seller and LOW... you can't. YOU CANNOT even review the sellers.. OMG. I had no idea. I feel lucky to have rec'd. my first book tbh. Anyway I won't shop with them again. If I can't know if my book seller is a total scammer then I won't buy. No thanks Abe.

Absolute shocking Customer Service

Absolute shocking Customer Service. Used a gift card to purchase two separate lots of items, sent all items back bar one.Nearly 6 weeks later, haven’t received my refund for one lot of returns. On speaking to Customer Services, even though they’ve emailed me saying they’ve received the item back, they will not refund me the money because now I have to find the return receipt. absolutely shocking.

Getting impatient now..

I have submitted my verification for my Linkedin account over 2 weeks ago and this has still not been approved. I had to take a selfie, upload a photo of my passport and still no feedback.Impossible to get through to an actual customer service member. Contacted Facebook, Twitter, Email support page via website and still NOTHING.No wonder the trustpilot is 1 Star. Sort it out.
