First time customer....never again.

First time customer....last time customer. Ordered a pair of earbuds. Nice easy order. Was taking forever to be delivered. I finally managed to get an answer as to why. Yup...lost my order. Oops. No more in stock and that's it. Want a refund??? You have to agree to it before they will send it. So I'm guessing if I hadn't pursued them on this issue I probably wouldn't have got it. Ugh. Oh well...think I will stick to Amazon and Best Buy and won't be giving Lenovo a second chance.
