Computer died after a week

Probably the worst experience of my life. My company bought a desktop computer which died a week after. Dell fixed it because it was under the 30 day warranty. Now less than a year later, the computer is dead again. Called Dell three times, first time the call drops when their representative redirects me to another associate. Called the second time and the representatives redirected me three times before getting me the correct number. Last time I gave the representative the service number with the order number and she straight up said it doesn’t exist and hang up. I do the ordering for our company and I will make sure we will not purchase Dell products again. The product is not good and the representatives need a lot of training on their “customer service”.
