Faulty within the first 3 months

Like many others, they shipped me a faulty device and refuse to replace it. After less than 3 months, the faults are making the device unusable. After hours on with tech support & sales support, I have been told a replacement is not possible because their return window is 30 days - even though the device is under "warranty" for another 9 months. I guess Lenovo doesn't expect longevity out of their devices. Customer support is handcuffed on options and unable/unwilling to find a resolution. I won't make the mistake of buying Lenovo again in the future.
