When we came to the hotel, there was no one at front desk to welcome us and help us out with getting to our rooms. We had to wait more than five minutes for someone to be there. There were no appologies made. Upon receiving the key no information was given to us regarding wifi access code until I requested it. The whole family suffered from the stone-like mattress. We stayed for one night and broke our lower backs as a result. It was a terrible experience. When I told the receptionist about it in the morning before leaving, her response was, "nobody complained." I am shocked at the way the complaint was handled. Only three out of the four of us were given towels. Upon request, we were told that someone will bring us towels for a fourth person. Nobody came, so I had to go back again and ask for the towels personally.The breakfast seemed fine, only after that, I had to buy an anti-diarrhea medicine to help me out with the breakfast outcomes. Although the cleanliness of the room was acceptable, there was dust on the furniture, which seemed odd to me. The complementary coffee that we made in the room smelled like rubber. The customer service at front desk was terrible overall, and we were very disapointed, upset, and not rested. I'm not going to go there again.
