I can't even reach out to customer support! every time I call them there's a bot that says that they're closed and says go to customer care on their website then when I go on customer care on the website it says contact customer support on phone. So I try to talk to the chatbot but I wont let me. WOorst antivirus ever. I would rather get a virus then use their antivirus

Venmo Account Got Hacked While My Account was Frozen

This is a highly used cash app and lots of people entrust their funds with them, I was one of them. I use the app because of convenience. In July, I noticed my account was frozen and contacted Venmo via phone. Their customer service is useless and informed me their hands were tied and a specialist had to take a look at my account and it would take anywhere from 10-14 days for it to become resolved.In the meantime, my account got hacked and there were four unauthorized transactions totaling $600. I contacted Venmo again and said someone had access to my account other than myself. There's no one that can help you via phone and I started emailing venmo support. They kept telling me, "your account has been escalated" Fast forward 5 months, nothing has been done. My account is frozen and I have 18 cents in my account. It just shows what kind of company they are. I am so highly disappointed!

Warning: Dishonest Billing Practices by Domain.com – Avoid at All Costs

***** Fraud Alert******I registered a domain with Domain.com last year and never used it. At the time of purchase, I made sure auto-renewal was not selected. However, they recently charged my credit card without my consent, even after I rejected the transaction through my bank.When I contacted their support team to request a refund, they refused, stating that “once renewed, a refund is not possible.” I reminded them that I never opted in for auto-renewal, to which they responded with an absurd justification — that auto-renewal is enabled by default to protect customers from losing their domain. In other words, they’ve given themselves the right to charge customers regardless of their settings or consent.To make matters worse, they also added extra charges for domain privacy and protection services — again, without my approval.There is no option to delete your account, so now I’m concerned that they will repeat this unauthorized charge again next year.⚠️ Please stay away from Domain.com. Their practices are deceptive and predatory. They make it difficult to cancel, avoid issuing refunds, and force services on you just to drain your wallet.

Ordered an iPad for collection today from Southampton store. They are already closed and still not confirmation for collection! Went in store earlier and they said they can't release iPad whole not get a confirmation. Instead they offered to buy another one in store! It is ridiculous!! Why I am able to buy item online and it says can be collected today when actually it not?!!

ZENFONE MAX DISASTER

I bought my phone on 29/12/2017.phone got a charging issue so i submitted my phone at authorised service centre durgapur on 29/08/2018.( Microsys, Durgapur).They called me on 5/09/2018 and asked to to take my phone back.I had arrived within an hour,to be delayed by another 2 hours because they hadnt even tested the phone yet.After waiting for 2 hours,I finally asked them to give my phone back.They immediately gave me back my phone.i went to kolkata(being a medical student there)From the next day itself,the phone just switched off on its own and heated up.tried charging the phone,but the charging indicator wasnt working.14/09/2018 I again went to the service centre in durgapur.staff at service centre about display had problems thus needed repair.Then they said my phone was not in warranty anymore since it had scratches and forcefully made me write a acknowledgement about the damage telling it was a formality and my phone will be repaired.They had checked the phone on 29/08/2018 and there was no problem. There has not been any misuse or damage from my part either. the damage has been caused by them as they hurriedly tested my phone and carelessly handled it on 5/9/2018.They asked me to send my invoice on 18/09/2018 over whatsapp and said my phone will be replaced.tollfree care said that spare part has been ordered by service centre and they will repair my phone as soon as the part comes.the manager at durgapur said no part has been ordered and the tollfree support is lying and my phone will be replaced in a month.I am very displeased by the customer service and I really want a replaced phone since obviously the technicians here in durgapur are not doing their job and is lying continuously

Atrocious “Support”

I bought an asus rog phone 2. Shortly after, I realized it doesn’t work very well in the US due to lack of VoLTE. Their “support” consisted of articles saying to turn off airplane mode, restart the device, etc. I mean really obvious stuff. Their ultimate advice was to “gift the phone to someone.” So now I’m stuck with a $900 phone that won’t work in the US. Worst support experience ever that it drove me to write my first 1 star review.

Total scumbags

Total scumbags. The sell numbers en masse to anyone. Their director, most likely in name only, is Chinese, Juliana Chen. Been contacted every days for weeks by some idiots pretending to be from 3 mobile, diesel emissions and some other garbage. They are fraudsters and this company continues to sell them numbers which means they are just as guilty. I have complained to the Garda Anti Bribery and Corruption Unit which you should as well and see if we can get this Chen person charged.
