I’ve used Spotify since it launched and only recently ran into technical issues. Today I was helped by Maciel. E who truly showed what it means to be a customer service rep. The 3 agents I dealt with prior, could really learn years worth of knowledge from Maciel. Thanks again for resolving my issue, you’re amazing.
