Venmo Account Got Hacked While My Account was Frozen

This is a highly used cash app and lots of people entrust their funds with them, I was one of them. I use the app because of convenience. In July, I noticed my account was frozen and contacted Venmo via phone. Their customer service is useless and informed me their hands were tied and a specialist had to take a look at my account and it would take anywhere from 10-14 days for it to become resolved.In the meantime, my account got hacked and there were four unauthorized transactions totaling $600. I contacted Venmo again and said someone had access to my account other than myself. There's no one that can help you via phone and I started emailing venmo support. They kept telling me, "your account has been escalated" Fast forward 5 months, nothing has been done. My account is frozen and I have 18 cents in my account. It just shows what kind of company they are. I am so highly disappointed!
