I have been an ActiveCampaign user for five years and manage multiple accounts. Over this time, I have noticed a significant decline in their level of support - to the point where I have completely lost confidence in both their service and platform.The tipping point came when we initiated a routine investigation due to a suspected security breach. Unbeknownst to us, our account was immediately placed on hold, preventing us from sending emails. We were only informed of this after the fact. The investigation itself was completed overnight, with no issues found. However, it then took an additional seven days to have the hold lifted, despite repeated attempts to obtain support.The difficulty in resolving this issue, combined with the lack of communication, made it an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience - especially given that email is critical to our business operations.I can no longer recommend ActiveCampaign to anyone. There are far better alternatives available that provide both a reliable platform and exceptional support.
