Horrible customer service will never use Expedia again. This company is horrible to do any type of business with. If you are trying to get your refund good luck expect to be on the phone every day for 2 weeks and make sure you are contacting hotel yourself too because Expedia will give you run around and will try everything in there power not to refund your money.
