Etsy goes both ways. i’ve encountered multiple sellers that never sent me my product. i’ve reached out to sellers, they never responded. etsy didn’t anything about it. I recently only placed an order on etsy to support a friend NaryCrochet . the order was $69.31 for a custom plush. the plush was nothing as i wanted and the i was all detached. my “friend “ refused to fix it and eventually blocked me. again etsy didn’t do anything
