I have paid £44.93 on 28th October'21 for a book which was supposed to come the next business day but has not come till now 12Nov'21.I have exchanges with the costumer services which are trying to buy more time blaming Royal Mail and and now they are not replying at all (Below the lame reply they sent to me). DO NOT BUY BOOKS FROM THEM! I will make sure that I receive a refund, I'm not letting go of this appalling behaviour .This is their reply:We would like to sincerely apologies for the delays with your order.We will appreciate it if you could kindly allow a few more days for your order to arrive. They consistently send you the wrong books. I returned one and I lost the receipt from the post office with tracking (but have the credit card receipt) and they cancelled my refund and have the book!! They don't reply directly either. Very shady company. Look elsewhere for textbooks. They are a scam.

Finally had an opportunity to speak to a person in the Support Team. Had tried fie over a month with the online formats. Cannot explain the frustration. None of the FAQ were applicable!!Michael was understanding, helpful and absolutely professional and solved my problems, updated my annual subscription and provided the help and support zi needed.A very big thank you and shout out to Michael!

I’ve used Express vpn several times. Lots of people use them on a temporary basis, ie for less than a month because it means they can get their home tv programmes via a firestick whilst they are holidaying abroad. That’s why I select the monthly package.However I constantly fall foul of their diabolical auto renewal, a week or two after you’ve arrived home you get an email to say another payment has been stolen from your bank account.I have asked for a refund on a couple of occasions but I had no joy this time, the person on the chat line refused my request.I said I would never come back to Express again, he didn’t care.I won’t be coming back so they will miss out on my contribution a few times each years, do they care? probably not.I think auto renewals are a disgraceful business practice and you should have to opt for auto renewal rather than remember to cancel as soon as you get home.
