I have paid £44.93 on 28th October'21 for a book which was supposed to come the next business day but has not come till now 12Nov'21.I have exchanges with the costumer services which are trying to buy more time blaming Royal Mail and and now they are not replying at all (Below the lame reply they sent to me). DO NOT BUY BOOKS FROM THEM! I will make sure that I receive a refund, I'm not letting go of this appalling behaviour .This is their reply:We would like to sincerely apologies for the delays with your order.We will appreciate it if you could kindly allow a few more days for your order to arrive.
