What can I say. Used before and okay then, but had to purchase a subscription to edit a document. Didn't realise I had signed up for a year and paying monthly. Tried to cancel before 1 month was up and was told there was a £109 cancellation fee. Looking at the small print, you get charged 50% of the remaining subscription if you cancel early. Ridiculous. Not an easy bit of software to use either. Also, they have my credit card details, so cannot stop the monthly payment.

Why can't I give it zero stars? Their "privacy" policy is draconian. I have to agree to have my name and searches prostituted to all of their greedy associates. Sorry, I'm going elsewhere. I just wish i could set my browser to exclude results from their sites. And, sorry folks, they aren't woke. Were they woke, they wouldn't have these worst-in-class policies.

I was charged $329 USD for a Domestika Plus annual subscription on May 30, 2025 — without knowing the trial had ended or auto-renewal was active.I canceled immediately after seeing the charge (on July 1, 2025), and I have not used any of the Domestika Plus features or credits. This charge was completely unintended, and Domestika offers no refund options even though I acted quickly and responsibly.This money was not just for a course — it was my university tuition fee, and losing it has caused me serious financial distress. I also emailed support, and no one responded except an automated bot. I posted on Facebook — they deleted my comment.Please help resolve this urgently. I do not want to escalate this further through a chargeback or public platforms, but I will if necessary.I have proof of everything. I just want to be treated fairly and refunded.

I have an old PlayStation account probably 1-2 years old and I wanted to get back onto it as it’s linked to my epic games so in order to link a new one I need to login to this old one. But issue is my old mobile is on it so I can’t login.Waited an hour to speak to an agent and got told to tell him the order number of a transaction which I said oh it’s over 2 years old I won’t have emails now. He said ok well I can’t help you. I said but how do I get into my account then? He said well because you can’t give me an order number I can’t help you and will end the chat. Shocked with the unprofessionalism. This was shocking. There needs to be other methods like confirm my address the old mobile or something just to turn off the 2sv as who else do you contact to help if they said their done?

Fools Run This Company Clearly. The most recent examples come from the top. New shopping carts that have huge gaps on either side where kids can sit but rarely do yet they designed the carts to allow for most anything you put in the top rack will fall down into the main basket of the cart. Crazy as it gets. Then they recently made their shopping bags and produce plastic bags super thin and they rip apart super easy as a result. Was getting some fresh jalapeños and the plastic bag ripped open spilling them all on the floor as an example. Who are this incompetents at the top????

Dropbox leads you to think that your files are automatically backed up. They are not.Its interface is not user friendly.Support is not very empathetic. I need to exchange almost 40 e-mails to get at the conclusion that my files haven't been backed up since the day I paid my subscription (this is outrageous: you pay and that very day the program stops synchronizing your files!)I definitely do not recommend them.Next step: will I be reimbursed? News on this issue later.PS - No, they don't reimburse, due to "strict terms of service". They only part you from your money.ADENDA - They reimbursed me pro-rata. The amount was based on an erroneous rate (I should have been reimbursed 100% and reimbursement was less than that) but at least they recognized their mistake.
