I was charged $329 USD for a Domestika Plus annual subscription on May 30, 2025 — without knowing the trial had ended or auto-renewal was active.I canceled immediately after seeing the charge (on July 1, 2025), and I have not used any of the Domestika Plus features or credits. This charge was completely unintended, and Domestika offers no refund options even though I acted quickly and responsibly.This money was not just for a course — it was my university tuition fee, and losing it has caused me serious financial distress. I also emailed support, and no one responded except an automated bot. I posted on Facebook — they deleted my comment.Please help resolve this urgently.
