Two MASSIVE issues: 1)It comes to a conclusion based on a 'best-guess' but doesnt specify this has been done. So every Chat GPT answer I get, I need to ask for evidence/source only to go through a process where I find out Chat GPT has no credible answer. Really wastes time and would prefer this was upfront.2)Cant read excel, cant generate images beyond basic fun, has multiple errors, cant perform statistics (Claude can do this).So in the end I cancelled my subscription because it mostly wasted my time!

Beware: If you had already prepaid a rental with an online travel agency, don't let them talk you into an upgrade "...that's less than your prepay..." cuz it's an additional cost on top of what you already prepaid. They don't tell you it's an additional cost. They make it seem like they are doing you a favor because the price of the upgrade was lower or on special pricing than your prepay. It's not a discount from your prepay, it's an additional cost.

I wourld rate this a 0 if I could. I have been calling to fix a SIMPLE error that I made and yet the phone service is just full a f**king bots that don't understand ANY-F**KING-THING. Want to stop the direct deposit, "Please contact us at irs.gov." Go there, there IS NOTHING THERE! All this because I was told my refund was given to the bank -- the wrong bank. Well I will say this, if they don't email me within 24 hours, they can keep that return for all I care because I'm not happy. I wouldn't trust this 'non-funded' government organization with a 10 foot stick. I just want to SPEAK TO A HUMAN but no this deal is doing the same thing everywhere over the phone, "Due to Covid we are trying to get our employees safe." Firstly, THEY CAN'T GET COVID over the phone. So yes you can have HUMANS on the lines answer questions. And secondly, bots are completely stupid of understanding the simplest phrashes. And the worst part is that I've been trying to get this fixed for nearly a week now and nothing. You want to be like that, fine. Keep the tax return. I'll be getting everything in cash for now on because I'm not reporting a f**king single cent to your asses ever again. You are part of the government and what ruined this nation. JUST GIVE ME A HUMAN! I don't want to hear a bot.

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I would like to give 0 stars but can't. All I needed to do was to change the ownership of one of my domains but was not able to because I couldn't access the email from when Google transferred the domain to Squarespace a couple of years ago. I began the emailing, chat process to resolve the issue on 3.5 and it is 3.14 and I am now emailing a "team lead" and not only is the issue NOT resolved, but she is also asking for something I have already submitted. Worse of all, they absolutely refuse to pick up a phone to call which has forced me to spend about 4 hours pulling reports, redacting them, repeating myself and re-submitting documents I already submitted. I have chatted/emailed 5 different people about the issue. The issue I'm told is that they can't verify I am the owner of my domain even though they are emailing me on the email (which includes the domain name) I am trying to change the ownership to AND it is the same email as the other two domains I have with them. Unbelievable. I've asked to speak to the "team lead's" supervisor, but I don't have much hope at this point.

Absolutely the worst customer service. My points disappeared and was on the phone for more than an hour with an offshore customer service rep who was hard to understand and had absolutely no authority to rectify the issues. It’s time for our elected officials to pass stronger consumer protections and start hammering these BS sites. I now use Wyndham app, which is decent but doesn’t always give you the lowest price, however their customer service is responsive and you can get things resolved fairly quickly. I’m looking for a general hotel app site that is not affiliated at all with Hotels.com

I booked a hotel for two nights in Delhi, with Hotels.com, well before arriving in Delhi. I phoned The Woodapple Residency before check-in and as soon as I had bought a sim card on arrival Delhi. I told them I was on my way. They told me that they had sold my room to someone else!Hotels.com customer service apparently contacted the hotel after I reported this on my return to the UK. Then came the emails that made no sense whatsoever and were even comical. They said I was asking for a refund when (thankfully) I had selected the "pay at hotel" option. Then they said I had asked for compensation (which I had not) and the hotel would not pay any. They just completely ignored that I had suggested that the Woodapple Residency in Delhi should be removed from their listings to save other travellers the trauma of having nowhere to stay after booking there.Avoid Hotels.com at all cost. One star says it all.

I finally got an email on 12/10/22 that the items shipped.During this time I was unable to reach customer service on the phone or via text chat. I will update once I receive my order. It says I will receive this Wednesday.

Ordered a pair of Crocs that did not get delivered. After spending 3 days trying to get a human on the phone then reading these reviews, I gave up. Lesson learned. I will never order from them again. They are not a customer concerned company.

Do not book this Auschwitz tour with get my guide. I booked in October last year for a visit end of May. The day before our trip at 5PM they told us our pickup would be at 5.30am instead of 10am - this I could cope with, what I couldn't cope with was that we were told we didn't have tickets! Basically they were going to drive us to Auschwitz, get us all to Que individually and hope we got a tour guide slot.... (the tour is from the Auschwitz guides direct, nothing to do with Get my Guide) So basically your paying for a bus to collect and take you to Auschwitz.... plus all the anxiety of wondering if you will even get a tour... all informed the day before at 5pm! £180 for 4 of us, an uber would have been cheaper. Total rip off. We queued for almost 2 hours 7.45 to 9.30am... by the time we got to head of the queue the next tour in English was at 1.30pm so had to wait from 9.30am on the bus until our time of 1.30! Only reason i gave 2 stars instead of 1 is the bus was lovely, driver was helpful and we ordered the lunch which was lovely. Without the lunch we would have been starving as it was a 5.30am start (missed breakfast in the hotel) and we pulled up at 6.30pm in the evening back at the hotel.
