This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I would like to give 0 stars but can't. All I needed to do was to change the ownership of one of my domains but was not able to because I couldn't access the email from when Google transferred the domain to Squarespace a couple of years ago. I began the emailing, chat process to resolve the issue on 3.5 and it is 3.14 and I am now emailing a "team lead" and not only is the issue NOT resolved, but she is also asking for something I have already submitted. Worse of all, they absolutely refuse to pick up a phone to call which has forced me to spend about 4 hours pulling reports, redacting them, repeating myself and re-submitting documents I already submitted. I have chatted/emailed 5 different people about the issue. The issue I'm told is that they can't verify I am the owner of my domain even though they are emailing me on the email (which includes the domain name) I am trying to change the ownership to AND it is the same email as the other two domains I have with them. Unbelievable. I've asked to speak to the "team lead's" supervisor, but I don't have much hope at this point.
