Ordered these shoes online and got them delivered to my home address in Ireland. After 3 hours of wearing the espadrilles, they ripped across the back. I contacted DSW right away and sent them pictures of what happened. Worst customer services I ever received. They want me to return them to their shops which are all in the USA. How can I do this if I'm based in Ireland??? The goods I bought were faulty and according to consumer law If you bought something from a website and you have to return the item because it is faulty, the business has to pay for any return shipping costs. DSW refuse to do this and they also refuse to send me out a new pair. Will never buy off them again. Shocking service

My Father's phone had a corrupted firmware after a failed update. I spoke to Nokia care via online chat who tried some initial trouble shooting but it did not resolve the issue. It was decided that the phone would have to be sent away for repair. Everything was organised well and the phone was collected by Nokia's courier who then took the phone to Hungry.The repair centre replaced the system board in the handset and returned it within a week. This happened during the peak of the pandemic and I was so impressed at how well organised the Nokia care team where to deal with my situation. Once the phone had been returned the care centre contacted me to ensure that everything was working as it should which it was.I'm so glad that all of my family have gone with Nokia and cannot thank the customer care team enough for there help. My farther was shielding at the time and could not leave the house so the rapid response was great as the phone is his life line for getting in touch with all of us.Keep up the good work, I will certainly be buying a Nokia smart phone again once my Nokia 8 finally bites the bullet but this may be some time 3 years on and not a single issue.

An 18 century epic.The site is bad enough on a PC, nearly impossible on mobile. It's a mish mash of links in a circular fashion. You either end up where you started, everything that's remotely useful is PDF only. Trying to get telephone help is infuriating and if you do get through it tends to also be circular or they don't understand anything. Often they disconnected or never answer.A monumental Eton mess.

Ordered a refrigerator from bol.com. First, the delivery service PostNL doesn't want to take the old refrigerator, even though bol.com promises this on their site. Called bol.com, they will pick up tomorrow. Okay, so far. Then, as I unpack the new one, it turns out the door is severely damaged. Called Bol.com again. They don't give me money back, but only giftcards (I exchanged another non-bol.com giftcard for these, to buy this refrigerator - now I'm apparently stuck with bol). I cannot get a replacement and have to order again (...) and let them take this damaged one, next week (it's Thursday now). And then, maybe, the whole cycle starts again. Let's see. So far I am seriously disappointed in their service.Update 1, 20210130: And OF COURSE they're going to send it via PostNL, so AGAIN they won't take my old fridge. PLUS a big chance the thing arrives damaged yet AGAIN.Update 2, 20210130: NOT delivering today. I'll have to wait till Tuesday. Put the old fridge back for now then. (Of course then I can defrost and clean the thing all over again before pickup... whenever that is going to be.) Also already planned with them for a pickup of the old fridge on Wednesday, because they're definitely going through PostNL again, and won't pickup my old fridge when they drop off the (hopefully not again damaged) new one.Update 3, 20210131: Hm... Bol.com contacting me 'as soon as possible' based on my review apparently doesn't mean 'at least within 3 days after we said that'.Update 4, 20210201: PostNL guy comes up to the house holding the new fridge by the bands around the box. Needles to say, this one's damaged as well. Again, I'm calling with bol.com. NOW all of a sudden it IS possible to replace the damaged machine. They'll call me to arrange delivery (again, via PostNL) and pickup of the broken second fridge. (Third time's a charm? I won't get my hopes up.)20210204, last update: Fridge #3 also damaged at arrival. I give up. Last thing they're going to try for me is putting my money on my bank account, instead of back on the gift cards that are registered with them.One more update on this: in the end they could not give me the money back, because of the risk of 'money laundering', so I HAD to order again from them. This time I ordered from a third party. Everything went well.Oh, and 'Chantal' never contacted me. I think she is a bot or something, just automatically pasting the same response over and over again on every review.

Been in London many times & used the transport system many times as well but the best experience was at Woolwich tube station, when a young TFL worker helped me to carry my case back down the stairs that I had climbed trying to find the platform for the connecting train to London City Airport. In my view he went over & above to help me out. I wish I had got his name but it was around 11/11.30 am on 19th October. People like this should be recognised as it also gives TFL a good reputation instead of all the negatives

I have used Kroger for many years since I moved to the area. I am tired of there being different products and prices available for delivery or pick up or shop in store. I have transferred all of my prescriptions to a different store and I will not shop at Kroger again. So disgusted. Tonight I was shopping on their app and I wanted to put some ice cream in my cart and all the ice cream that I wanted was for delivery only. What BS?!!!!!
