Ordered these shoes online and got them delivered to my home address in Ireland. After 3 hours of wearing the espadrilles, they ripped across the back. I contacted DSW right away and sent them pictures of what happened. Worst customer services I ever received. They want me to return them to their shops which are all in the USA. How can I do this if I'm based in Ireland??? The goods I bought were faulty and according to consumer law If you bought something from a website and you have to return the item because it is faulty, the business has to pay for any return shipping costs. DSW refuse to do this and they also refuse to send me out a new pair. Will never buy off them again. Shocking service
