My Father's phone had a corrupted firmware after a failed update. I spoke to Nokia care via online chat who tried some initial trouble shooting but it did not resolve the issue. It was decided that the phone would have to be sent away for repair. Everything was organised well and the phone was collected by Nokia's courier who then took the phone to Hungry.The repair centre replaced the system board in the handset and returned it within a week. This happened during the peak of the pandemic and I was so impressed at how well organised the Nokia care team where to deal with my situation. Once the phone had been returned the care centre contacted me to ensure that everything was working as it should which it was.I'm so glad that all of my family have gone with Nokia and cannot thank the customer care team enough for there help. My farther was shielding at the time and could not leave the house so the rapid response was great as the phone is his life line for getting in touch with all of us.Keep up the good work, I will certainly be buying a Nokia smart phone again once my Nokia 8 finally bites the bullet but this may be some time 3 years on and not a single issue.
