You will love the paid version

Just about every negative review is complaining about the prices or billing practices, all probably true and valid. This review is about the ease of use, features and the cost benefit of saving a ton of time. Before I committed to $22 per month ( annual subscription ) I did review about 7 other companies claiming to do the same. They usually range from $10+ per month if you want to compare apples to apples. I went with the more expensive one for a reason. How much is my time really worth over other half-baked solutions? Animoto is easy to use, intuitive, quick preview, loads of templates and easy to navigate features. Yes, it's more expensive, but considering how much time I'm saving, $22 is a smooth bargain. Lastly, NO, I do not work for the company, I did not receive any discounts, nor was I asked to write this. I'm the guy who launched 7 professionally looking videos in less than 6 hours!Ps. For the casual user who thinks it's ok to pay $5 for a cup of coffee but everything on the web should be free, I recommend stupeflix. It's probably the best photo to video free software. ( don't expect the same features )

Please be warned !!!!!!!!! item arrived defective with one of the ports not working. I have contact Amazon to request replacement or parcial refund. To my surprise, Amazon only offered me return option for a refund what I did, I also ordered a new card.Second card arrived in a previously opened box with a factory seal been cut, the factory protection foil was removed and there were missing accessories in the box such as the support bracket. I have contact Amazon but all I just heard from the agent was I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry but all I can do is to send back second card. I have told Amazon that they just cost me 1500£ and I don't have ether money or the item but all agent told me was I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. My returned item arrived at Amazon on 18.11.24 I contact costumer service on 20.11.2024 to explain that item arrived as my tracking number was showing and I explained that I need my money back to pay bills and buy food. Agent was very helpful and after providing all documents with tracking number I was told that they will try to refund my money with in 3 days. Unfortunately, after a moment I received another email asking for more information. After replying I received another email with this informationIn "most cases, after the carrier has received your return package, returns are processed by Amazon in 30 days. In some situations, it may take longer. " I couldn't believe my eyes, I contacted Amazon again but all I heard was I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Now I have used graphic card and no refund for another 26 days all this operation can costing me up to 38 days Amazon this is joke.I don't know what happened with amazon service but they just don't care any more and all they say is I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Summing up if you buy staf from Amazon make sure you check that item arrive in original box, factory seal in not open, all protection foils is on, they is no signs of any use, all accessories are in box and item is working correctly. Unfortunately if this will happened to you, you can wait even up to 2 months for a refund. So be worned please take this into consideration when shopping on Amazon because it seems to me that I am not the only one. And to you Amazon I have been your customer for last 15 Yers and I remember that you treated customers much better not that long time ago.

I no longer shop with you...

So let me tell u why I no longer will shop with Amazon but am going back to other similar online shopping sites: 1. Everything is double the price 2. Everything is either used, missing parts or not as described 3. You don't moderate your social media but allow multiple scammers to harrass your customers and you never escalate complaints 4...and this is the main reason...you make returns a nightmare! No you can't have Royal Mail Collection. You must take the bus and pay for an Evri return or in most cases suddenly 3 busses to get to an Amazon counter. You purposely make it cheaper to keep an item.than return it. The only other option your customer service people give after complaining is to pay extra for postage and hope you get a regund with a receipt. Basically Amazon are scammers not honouring the 14 day return and consumer law.

Poor longevity of the Nest Thermostat

I reiterate what other customers have said. A thermostat should not be limited by its battery life, lasting only 10 years at the most. I tried replacing the battery but this is not an easy job for a novice. Rightly or wrongly, I have now had to buy another learning thermostat, which will I hope last another 10 years at least. Why have Nest not recognised this issue and redesigned the unit for easy battery replacement. Thereby enabling a longer life span.

Trash App That Needs Serious Help

Ive had 3 separate horror stories with this app until finally just deleting it for good. 1. I was paid $1000 for my Macbook via Venmo. I used the instant cash out feature and it cashed out but then said it was “under review”. So I reached out to chat support who had no idea what was wrong or why the money was being held. I was told I’d “get a reply in 5-7 business days” so they’re now holding $1,000 for at least 7 days. How are you the largest money sending app (literally made my paypal) but offer NO LIVE SUPPORT? So 7 days go by and finally they send me an email asking for like 3 different forms of ID. I sent them all in. It took ANOTHER 7 DAYS for them to reply saying “okay we released it...you’ll see it in 4-5 business days” IT TOOK 21 DAYS FOR ME TO GET AN INSTANT DEPOSIT.2. Second issue I had to was when venmo wouldn’t let me add a single card or bank account to my venmo. I contacted support who told me it was a security issue and there was nothing they could do. A security issue with every debit/credit card me and my gf own and every bank I use? Then one day weeks later it randomly worked again no explanation. 3. The third and final straw. I paid my landlord $500 for rent and my account was frozen. I then got an email saying I was banned from using the service due to “suspicious activity”. I emailed back asking what suspicious activity I was doing (I made 3 transactions all month) and they reply “we can not disclose that info. Please do not reply to this email”What customer service bans people from money accounts and refuses to provide reasons why? What money sending service freezes your account for paying remt? Cash App, Zelle, and Google Pay are all lightyears better and have given me no issues.Please refuse using this app unless its for $2 or $5 venmoes to your friends for coffee. Your money is NOT safe with them.

Cancellation was okay, thankfully.

I logged into my account to manage my subscription. I called the number at 12:14pm on Wednesday 6 April and while waiting to be put throughI was told they were experiencing high level of calls. The total call time was just 10 minutes and I got an email confirmation of cancellation straight after my call. They offered a good deal but I didn’t have any money in my account at the time.

Gardens themselves absolutely beautiful (this is the wonderful nature of the area, Autumn colours gorgeous). Customer service at reception very helpful and slightly patronising - cafe selection poor, no fresh gluten free option (and hadn't been all day), so many options if you are vegan, but none of us are :-( - national trust sadly going significantly downhill.

Amazon won't refund bad cat food

I ordered some cans of cat food that I ALWAYS get for my cat. Several different places and even Amazon. These cans were either spoiled or rotten. I asked for a refund or exchange and they said since it's a food item they won't do anything. I should contact the manufacturer. So I did and they agreed the cat food was not right. They gave me Amazon instructions how to get a refund but not to my surprise it didn't work. Now Amazon is wanting to prove my identity thru an ID. And then the whole thing will be under investigation. So I guess I can't order ANY kind of food, cat or human because it's it's rotten etc I'm out the money. Wish I could show the pictures of it.
