Like everyone else who bought a watch in a Christmas sale. No dialogue for 2 weeks. Cancellation email sent to junk mail. Terrible 20% off 'compensation' on limited selection of watches which come to the same price as other major retailers.Hang your head in shame Garmin. Do not buy from them. Shudder to think what they would behave like if I had a problem with a purchase that was delivered!

My company has been with Freshbooks for over a decade, maybe more. It's such a shame the direction they've gone. The year old interface is just awful.Many of our clients are older and still mail in the payment. They removed the payment coupon. But I'm welcome to pass along my thoughts to the developers. LMAO. I lost a bid because the on my clients end it opens as a white page. FB solution to this is for me to...have our clients clear their cashe and open the proposal in an incognito window. ONG, that is the reply. Man, the old FB was brilliantly simple. Effortless and effective. NOTHING about the new FB benefits my company. It only benefits FB. Everything that used to be part of my subscription is now an add on. HOW AM I BETTER OFF? I'm not. Now...we could go on and on. About the hideous buttons that make no sense, but, I've wasted enough time. I'm actively looking for a new web based billing cloud service for my business. Sad day.

There is NO WAY you can communicate with this company, their phones are busy, chat is down always so if something happens such as no delivery, you want a return, you want to say HI to them or whatever, there is no way you can communicate with them. I received the items but one pair needs to be return and I can’t so there is my money, wasted. Will never recommend this company

well, I did not understand why I could not update the security suite on each pc, then by calling, i found out that you no longer need to go to each computer separately to update it, when I renew it on my computer and update it, it automatically updates the suite on all 7 computers

PLEASE read my reveiw and my SOLUTION:If I could put 0 to this review I would. I have terrible bad experience from them. Before they would not have trouble sending money to the recipient. Now it takes forever for them to send the money. Worst, if the trasaction hasnt reflected yet on your bank and you cancelled, it would ask for 4 days for refund. What? How can they refund something they haven't taken out.I REALLY THINK XOOM USES OUR MONEY FOR THEIR PERSONAL INTEREST LIKE PUTTING IT ON THE STOCK MARKET ETC. THAT'S WHY IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET INTO RECIPIENT AND EVEN IF YOU CANCEL (EVEN IF NO PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR BANK YET) THET WOULD STILL TAKE TAKE OUT YOUR MONEY. Worst the refund takes forever. SOLUTION: Use METROBANK Remittance. It may take an effort for you to drive or walk in there but its worth it. They are $1 higher exchange rate compared to xoom. That's a lot of money if you send money to your love ones in your country. It's worth it!!! TRUST ME. Plus, it only takes one day for the recipient to receive it unlike xoom that takes FOREVER. You can thank me later!

This company could improve by offering live product support. Not a chat, not an email option or a phone number provided. In this age, don't we all just want a real human? I was glad to read that one reviewer commented on difficulty with return because I just saw that my DeskJet 4152e was returnable only during the first month. It's a flimsy piece of crap. (I am sorry though that the one reviewer had difficulty with return.)It was a nightmare to set up! My husband, who is a techie, couldn't get it to go even though both of us were working on the 2 hour problem. We chose not to waste any more of our precious time and energy of a cheap piece of crap! Despite their online tutorials, we just don't have the time or the interest. It's out in the garage now, ready to go into next weeks trash pickup. HP offers all this product support, but it is not forthcoming. I positively despise this company!

I am writing a review and giving one star ONLY because i cannot give a negative. I purchase a Lenovo Yoga C740 less than a YEAR ago and after about 7 months started having issues. The issues were not internal but rather external. I called customer service to have the issue rectified as i was told by Best Buy that i had to send it to Lenovo to let them warranty and fix the issue. Well, my issue is with the hinge on the right side of the computer. I have neither DROPPED nor MISHANDLED my computer in any way and have taken great care of the machine. The hinge was binding from what i can tell and not allowing the screen to sit flush against the bottom half of the computer. One day, when i was finished working on the computer i went to close it and heard a click and cracking noise. I opened the computer to see what had happened to find that on the bottom right side a crack had developed on the screen and sen a crack diagonally up the ENTIRE screen. I have reached out to customer service and have records of who i talked to and when. Some were helpful and some i could not understand in the least. The final answer answer i was given was that i needed to BUY my own vessel for shipment and they would provide a label to ship. Once they received the computer they would then determine what it would cost to fix the computer and would send me the bill because it was an external issue and not internal. Obviously that is the case and i can provide pictures to support the issue. The warranty DOES NOT cover external issues and i would be charged for the repair even though the computer is still under warranty and i did not cause the issue. I FIND THIS TO BE THE WORST DISPLAY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!! They even tried to tell me that i never sent the email with the issue and i have the sent email to show i did. I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER LENOVO. I WILL take this to all forms of social media as i feel it is my duty to inform any and all potential customers of the lack of customer service. the ONLY reason this review received one star is because i cannot take stars away.

Got the Inspiron 27-7720 3 days ago and it crash on day 2 after try to install outlook, called Microsoft and no one could fig out why outlook keep crashing. Dell customer service is the worse ever, absolutely clueless and useless. My advice do not buy anything from Dell. I have old Lenovo that is a work horse and no issues.and good luck trying to return the PCIts going back!!

I rarely leave bad reviews but I can honestly say in my life I have NEVER experienced such poor service from this Company. I will admit the make up is great and I would love to continue using it but after my experience no way. A month ago I ordered 2 colours of the soft glow compact refill as I wasn't exactly sure of my colour, I pressed ONE TIME ORDER - I didn't want to subscribe to start with, I had also received an email saying use this code for a free gift which I did. As soon as I placed my order, I was literally bombarded with endless automatic emails saying thanks for subscribing your next order will arrive 20th August, I immediately contacted them saying I didn't want to subscribe hence pressing ONE TIME ONLY order. At that stage I didn't receive a response within days I received the order, NO FREE GIFT, one compact had 12 months shelf life the other had 5 WEEKS!!!!! Some weeks I work from home so I don't wear make up I couldn't possibly use the make up in 5 weeks and it was obviously stock they wanted to get rid of. With emails back and forth and them asking me what do you want us to do? I said the FREE GIFT didn't arrive I don't care however I was extremely upset that a make up arrived with 5 weeks shelf life. After many many emails back and forth they said they would send another of the compact with limited shelf life. I thought great we have a result I thanked them very much BUT tonight I have had a delivery and YES ANOTHER COMPACT FROM THE SAME BATCH NOW WITH 3 WEEKS SHELF LIFE. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. As I mentioned the make up is great but good luck to anyone who orders from this company. One Star!
