This company could improve by offering live product support. Not a chat, not an email option or a phone number provided. In this age, don't we all just want a real human? I was glad to read that one reviewer commented on difficulty with return because I just saw that my DeskJet 4152e was returnable only during the first month. It's a flimsy piece of crap. (I am sorry though that the one reviewer had difficulty with return.)It was a nightmare to set up! My husband, who is a techie, couldn't get it to go even though both of us were working on the 2 hour problem. We chose not to waste any more of our precious time and energy of a cheap piece of crap! Despite their online tutorials, we just don't have the time or the interest. It's out in the garage now, ready to go into next weeks trash pickup. HP offers all this product support, but it is not forthcoming. I positively despise this company!
