Disgusting, disreputable airline... contemptible and anyone with a brain,should not and never use this company/airline...the worst of the worst!!!!!!. Charging 4400rmb..yes,4400.. unbelievable!!!!! for slightly excessive luggage weight on flight from Shanghai, Dubai,Glasgow...No other way to justify it "see this",but as a profiteering,money making daylight robbery of passengers!!!No available complaints procedure..all round,the world travelling citizens from all countries should avoid this airline like a pandemic.. because it is in a way a "pandemic" of ripping off passengers,and zero justification for sheer exorbitant charges ( 2 pieces of baggage...slightly over the limit) the penalty NOT "charge",the latter is bland company "speak",amounts to almost a second air ticket. Do not use this airline if you value reputable organizations and certainly ignore the glitzy crap advertisements it churns out...not fooling anybody.Awful airline!!

A nightmare at 86th & 3rd ave in Manhattan. Went in to activate phone bought at Target. There was already a SIM card in the phone but one of the store staff took it out and exchanged it for another SIM card. I had a $40 AT&T scratch card from Target good for 90 days (apparently with the original in-store SIM card) but swapping it out only gave me 30 instead of 90 days service. Phone chat was unhelpful as they kept passing the call from one person to another without any satisfactory resolution. My resolution is never to use ATT again.

They Booked the wrong room and intentionally and blatantly won't fix it despite admitting a "technical error" on their part. The room we booked was beachfront and the room they booked for us at the back of the hotel a 300 dollar difference. They also won't return the money to you. Useless customer service, called multiple times and the only thing they offer is a 15% discount on a future booking? Why the hell would I ever want to book through Agoda again? They don't have the decency to give you back the difference in your money as well.

So just had a triple a driver ride my rear bumper when I'm going 5 mi over the speed limit for 7 mi he followed me damn near on my back bumper. AAA wants to know why I didn't renew my membership. I don't support that one bit. I drive a minivan I have my child in the car and if someone's going to follow me dangerously. I'm not okay with that. So I will never pay for AAA again

I finally got rid of my Prime Membership. I was excited about using other retailers. I joined the Circle 360 Membership, placed an order, received an Order Confirmation and the set up the delivery time for today.The Driver never showed up with the products I really needed. I won't trust the online order system again. No wonder people like I stay with Amazon for so long, which for me, is depressing. But I'm not given another online retailer a second chance - they set the terms, I agreed to them and the email I received was "Sorry, technical problems on our end" and canceled my order. Not acceptable

Atrocious customer service from Abercrombie & Fitch resulting in a terrible customer experience. Having placed my order I opted for their next day delivery service which was an additional £10 charge. A&F confirmed my order was to be delivered a few days before Christmas, but it never arrived. I contacted A&F who told me they were aware of delays with shipping but my order should arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately it didn't. A couple of days after Christmas I chased my order again and they told me I needed to check the UPS tracker. The tracker showed my order was still in transit in Eindhoven. A&F couldn't advise when my order was actually going to be delivered but they did confirm it was definitely on its way. I continued checking the tracker daily but there was never a new update so I decided to contact A&F again for an ETA. A&F couldn't give me an ETA so I was hoping they might contact their chosen courier, UPS, for a progress report but they didn't. Instead they continued to tell me my order was on its way and not to worry. 2 weeks had passed with no sign of a delivery so I chased A&F yet again only to be told my order must be lost in the post. A&F asked me to confirm my delivery address so they could re-ship my order which i did, but I received no reply. After a couple days of radio silence from A&F I decided to chase them again only to be told on this occasion that my delivery failed because the delivery address I had provided was wrong! This was a blatant lie as I had only just confirmed the correct delivery address in the previous email! A&F told me I would have to reorder if I wanted my goods. Apparently they couldn't just resend my order as they had already processed a full refund without telling me. However, when I checked my account I was frustrated to find it was not a full refund as they had charged me £5. This was an A&F charge for customers rejecting or returning orders which was impossible for me to do considering the order never left Endhoven!Through my experience Abercrombie & Fitch have come across as a company who have no real concern or care for their customers. To top it off, throughout our communications, they addressed me by incorrect names and they would always finish their emails with cheesy phrases and emojis even though I was making a complaint. Telling me to have a wonderful day followed by a winking face was hardly giving me the impression my complaint was being taken seriously by a professional. I have tried to contact A&F to make an official complaint rather than airing my issue in public but they have failed to respond. The company have still not fully refunded me so I'm not expecting to get it back. Sadly I wish I had taken heed of the negative press of Abercrombie and Fitch before placing my order. 1 out of 5 stars has been given because this is the lowest i can score. They failed their next day delivery service, they offered no explanation or communication for the delay unless I instigated it, they didn't try to investigate my issue, they were dishonest with their excuses and they have still not fully refunded my order which I never received. It is now 3 weeks on from my expected delivery day.

Expensive and their tech support is horrible. Everyone I talk to gives me a different answer. It's extremely complicated. I've had it for 3 months and I still don't have it set up correctly. My sales rep was an absolute scammer claiming he was giving me his personal cell number just in case I need anything but I've been emailing, calling, and texting for several days and tech support has left him messages to call me for the last 2 weeks and I've been completely ignored

DO NOT BUY LG. My refrigerator stopped working in it’s 3rd year. It has a 5 year warranty. When I called LG it was 3 weeks for a technician to come out. He showed up but the part was wrong. 3 weeks later another tech showed up and installed a compressor. 2 days later it stopped working. 3 weeks later another tech shows up. He said it’s not repairable but they will com back in 2 weeks to replace the condenser. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A REFRIGERATOR FOR 9 weeks and they want me to wait another 2 weeks for yet another tech to tell me it not repairable!!!! IS THIS A GOOD COMPANY??? NO!!! DO NOT BUY LG.
