the worse experience I have had. don ever! ever consider booking with them. my flight was canceled and they never communicated with me. I went to the airport and missed my flight today. I have been on call for almost 4 hours stranded in an airport with no response from them. they keep dropping my calls and have not offered any sensible alternatives.

Practitioner Priority Service Nightmare

Called the site that offers help with forms 8821 and 2808. The operator was almost impossible to understand due to her accent and lack of command of the English language. Also, she couldn't answer any questions regarding the completion of form 8821. My question was should I check box 4 if I wanted to keep a POA in effect. She said she would have to view the form before answering my question. With that, she disconnected the call. To connect with this person took over an hour only to be hung up on, then not called back. Plus, I had none of my questions answered. A complete and total waste of time due to lack of training, incompetence, and inability to speak clearly.

Freshdesk is a top tier CRM that has so many great features its hard to list. I have been using for almost 6 years now. They have the fastest service I have ever seen and I run a service organization. You can encorporate chat, sms, phone system, bots, instagram all into your system. You can run reports and schedule reports to your bosses to show the data on how many people are needed in what location or what products need improving. Its super easy to setup and you don't need an IT person to get it off the ground. Its the best CRM software I have tried and I have done most of them.

THE MOST HORRIBLE BANK EVER!! I have banked with them since I was 14, 24 now, and they completely closed all of my accounts for no reason, and wouldn’t tell me why! My checking always has money and my credit is good! They closed all my accounts within an hour, didn’t even give me a chance to contact them and now I have no access to my money!!!!

I canceled my account with BigCommerce…

I canceled my account with BigCommerce several months ago. They renewed it anyway September 7th, and charged my account $863.46. I had never even activated the service, which is why I canceled it. The other reason I canceled was that I suspended my business to raise capital. They have ignored my disputes and demands for a refund, and their cancellation system will not submit cancellation requests now which only adds weight to my complaint. Their system is wrought with errors. Ignoring customers is a very bad practice, especially when their system is clearly to blame for their failure to cancel. Furthermore, the internet is full of similar complaints, so I am not the only person they have stolen funds from.

The customer support is actually useful compared to some other companies. It's a shame they don't have a build in chat, but their response time is fine. The app is getting better and better, but I would appreciate faster scanning as it takes a while to scan my back-uped 2TB NVMe (planning to have even larger sizes).Pricing for individuals is competitive, an based on my experience so far I am planning to stick to Mega Sync.

I am a paying member. I have a streak of over 1,300 days. I am quitting in December. 1. No customer service2. No way to ask questions - comments have been locked.3. No way to access old comments - they have been deleted and replaced with a self serving "Share your progress" as a free advertising tool for DuoLingo.In short, a rather useful and enjoyable learning tool has become annoying and useless.Their "education experts" couldn't even get it right when they looked for words that were basically the same in every language. They came up with tea and pineapple. Hello! Number one is pizza! LOL

Oh no! I should have checked trustpilot before I ordered. It has been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order. I tried to cancel it a few days after due to the fact you don’t offer free returns, and I was not sure about the size. I have not yet received a reply?. I’m not sure if the shoes a dispatched as the tracking number is not working and when I try to look up my order on your website it says it does not exist? You withdraw the money from my account 2 weeks ago!! I get promotion emails from you almost everyday. Yet I haven’t heard anything regarding my order? Please cancel my order and refund my money now. This has been a truly terrible experience. Is this really a scam?

BEWARE OF WELLS FARGO! They allowed someone to steal money from my account. I googled the company who took the unauthorized money and there were pages of people making complaints of the same thing. I sent this to them, but Wells Fargo said that since I did not notice the theft WITHIN 24 HOURS that it's my problem. Who checks their account for fraud every single day? BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE of Wells Fargo!

50,000 e-mails delivered AFTER promotion ended, every single time. No refund, no support.

SENDGRID DELIVER E-MAILS TO 50,000 SUBSCRIBERS *AFTER* THE PROMOTION ENDED. Not one, not twice, but EVERY SINGLE TIME. We got HUNDREDS of customers complaining they received the mail AFTER the promotion campaign ended so they couldn't use the coupon code. Sendgrid refuses to refund and doesn't care about their customers. SENDGRID IP ARE ALREADY BLACKLISTED. Vast majority of e-mails ends up in the spam folder because SendGrid IP are flagged as spammer (their fault not mine). Because SendGrid IPs are already blacklisted it defeats the purpose of using SendGrid instead of your own mail server. I have a screenshot of SendGrid customer support admitting their IPs are already blacklisted.NO REFUND - SENDGRID DOESN'T CARE. They will NOT refund your money even if their service failed due to their own incompetence. They even charged us excess feed of $60 and we never got refunded. Takes many days to get a reply from customer support. SENDGRID KEEP STEALING YOUR MONEY AFTER CANCELLING YOUR ACCOUNT. We finally had enough of SendGrid's unreliable service and closed our account. But SendGrid kept charging our credit card during 2 months. We had to contact them again twice to get the refund for the money they stole from us.SendGrid is the only one to blame here. We don't send spam, our domain has very good reputation, we send only 4 e-mails per year, SPF/DKIM/DMARC is correctly configured, etc. The only mistake we did was trusting SendGrid. Don't do the same mistake we did. I strongly recommend to NOT use SendGrid if you care about your customers. There is not a single valid reason to use SendGrid because their IPs are blacklisted and their service is unreliable. Trust me it will be a disaster for your business if you go with SendGrid, you will learn it the hard way. There are tons of reviews like mine all over the web.
