Do not walk away from GoDaddy - RUN FAST

Do not walk away from GoDaddy, run. If I could give zero stars, I would. As a partner in a law firm, my time is valuable, and my business's online presence is critical. GoDaddy has failed on every conceivable level, taking my business offline for five days and costing me over ten hours of my life acting as their unpaid system administrator. Here is a summary of the nightmare:They Broke My Site: My fully functional, 100+ page website was working perfectly until a GoDaddy support agent performed a "routine" PHP upgrade. This single action broke the entire site. They Denied Hosting It: For days, their support team insisted my full site didn't exist, claiming their backups only showed a single page. I had to personally use their own database tools to find my own data and prove to them that my website was, in fact, on their servers. Their backup system was, and is, fundamentally defective.Their "Managed" Platform is a Lie: Over the course of this ordeal, every single one of their platform tools failed. The File Manager was broken. The sFTP permissions were broken and needed a supervisor to fix. The "Flush Cache" tool was broken. Nothing worked as advertised. The Support is Designed to Make You Give Up: I was passed between multiple agents (Nallala, Rajkumar, Abdul, Abhishekh, and more), each one reading from a script, asking me to repeat the same failed steps, and offering empty apologies like "I understand your concern" while demonstrating zero understanding. It took nearly ten hours of continuous chat support to finally get a supervisor to admit their platform was broken, only for them to refuse the one action that would fix it.They Tried to Charge Me to Fix Their Mistake: Their final "solution" was to offer to restore my site from a proper backup for a "restoration fee" of $149.99. They broke my site, and then they tried to sell me the fix. This company's infrastructure is faulty, and its support system is a black hole of scripted responses and gatekeepers who lack the authority or competence to solve real problems. Do not trust your business to them. The 1.1-star rating is generous.JM - Godaddy - my website is still down, my review is not up to date with the continuing experience. I'd love you con contact me on my designated mobile number ANYTIME

Review of fb

Facebook Marketplace support is very disappointing

Facebook Marketplace needs to do a better job of handling peoples ad posts.I have on numerous times paid for their advertising and have been using marketplace for years and their stupid system keeps picking up my ads as a service. I am selling 10m long concrete slabs for floors. They come on the back of trucks if that is not a product then I dont know what is. Stop telling me it is a service. A product is a physical thing and a service is something you do for people. A 10m long piece of concrete is a physical thing. If a person asks for a review the support staff clearly must not actually review the item because you can see the slabs of concrete on the truck. It is not a service. Your review process is also very badly set up. You get the option to ask for a review and click on one of three boxes. 1 the ad is not offensive in my region. 2 this was a joke and 3 I was trying to create awareness. What the hell has this got to do with getting your ad reviewed. Its like a child designed it and makes no sense. There are no options to tell them in writing what the problem is or why they have got it wrong. How can a person motivate that facebook has it wrong if you cannot type out the problem other than 3 childish options to choose from. I am a paying customer. You need to do better.

Review of brevo

Misleading Google ads

I landed through a Google ad they published that says "Avec Brevo, payez les emails envoyés et non les contacts" which basically is "pay by the number of emails you send, not the number of contacts". This is not true, the basic plan has only 500 contacts. On top, pricing page says that there is a free plan but when you subscribe there is payment page and I couldn't find a way to get around it to try it for a while. It is either non-existant or hard to find - it is the same thing in my opinion.I can't believe that people are doing business like this. Doesn't seem honest.

Skewed narrative

Some years ago, I watched a BBC report of an event I had actually witnessed and surprised to see how biased and edited to favour their narrative it had been. Wake up call and since then propaganda after propaganda.

Disgusting

Disgusting. Don't ever register your company in the UK. They post all of your personal details for the whole world to see. They are totally confused on the concept of how fraud exists. Hence many people are fleeing the UK it's become an incompetent shithole led by men with a smelly penis and women with a stinky vagina, just like everyone else but yhey are just really smelly and stinking out the country.

Abysmal Customer Service

Ordered an item. It was delivered far away from my address rather than to me or my neighbours. Tried to log a complaint with customer service rep but received only sarcastic and unhelpful responses. Terrible customer support.

I bought an apple watch through best buy, then they send me an email Friday night saying the order will be canceled if I don't call them in 48 hours. They (the mobile activation team) apparently don't answer the phone on the weekends, which was not explained on the email. So, I spent the week exhaustively calling them to no avail.

Show info wasn't complete

Show info wasn't complete. Starset concert at Reverb in Reading... there were 3 opening bands, songkick showed none; songkick showed doors opening at 7pm but in fact doors opened at 6pm. Usually Songkick has fairly accurate information. I really do love the ap as a whole and I always recommend it to others.

THIEVES!!!

It's actually their policy (literally) to STEAL their customers' money by refusing to give them the product they PAID for, *and* refusing to give them a refund if they don't "redeem" their purchase within 30 days. Conveniently, their purchase confirmation email does not mention this whatsoever.Buried in their FAQ:"All license codes and redemption links will expire after 30 days. We apologize that there is not more we can do to help."Riiiiight, I'm sure you're sooooo effin sorry about that. Well I hope you will actually be very sorry when your karma catches up with you and you get hit with a giant class action suit, you classless fkng THIEVES.
