Extremely Disappointed – Incompetent Customer Service & Unfair Treatment

I am beyond frustrated with the experience I’ve had. First, due to a clear system failure or miscommunication, all of my image credits were wasted on incorrect generations. When I reached out to customer service to request compensation, instead of resolving the issue, they canceled my entire account without warning or consent — a completely disproportionate and unprofessional response.To make matters worse, I have since been unable to resubscribe despite multiple attempts. The system will not allow me to upgrade, and I’ve received no meaningful help or explanation from support. It feels like I’ve been punished simply for asking for what I was owed.This experience has been a huge waste of time and money, and the customer service has been nothing short of incompetent and dismissive. I expected better from a company like OpenAI. Absolutely unacceptable.

YOU GUYS REALLY SUCK!1 it took me forever to even get to chat support.I get to chat support and it is completely useless because it is literally a robot that is unable to understand simple English.2. The person I was connected to was slow, unable to hear or understand English properly I made more progress with the robot chat. 3. She wasn't even trying to help me. I kept explaining my problem, and she was not interested in anyway.4. I explained how annoying the problem was and she just basically gave me a dumb-leave-me-alone answer.The worst support experience ever.I hope you guys eventually die off and no one remembers you. The only reason why I even still have this account is because it was my first email account but I'm out. I have a fully working gmail account.

I signed up with Yelp and found out they lied. I asked for a consultation, and she called from Yelp for this so-called consultation. She thanked me for calling. As we talked, I got blasted with this, "This is being recorded for quality purposes" three times. LOL, they have no quality. I found out too late that they are liars. They take and produce nothing. Yelp is a waste of time and money. Now I know why they are called Yelp—that's what you do when you do business with them.

Terrible I have been away for awhile now trying to log back on and need this stupid Authenticator thing and it’s not working I don’t have access to an old computer I played years ago, would like to talk to to a representative but all you get is an email and more authentication crap. I’m so close to not even giving them my business after tonight all I wanted to do was download and play wow like the good old days but you guys have ruined that!

I wish I could have given it minus stars. I placed a large order in February and just received my order. I was captivated by the photos and of course the price, which should have been a dead giveaway. The quality is absolute junk. Flimsy, poorly sewn garments, ill fitting. Other item are made with inferior material and nothing like the photos whatsoever. I gave some items away and the rest went in the garbage. Please don’t be dazzled by the photos. Save your money, don’t bother with this vendor.

Run as far as you can!

Like most, I'm only on square space since google domains got acquired. Didn't mind until I had an issue. Now I have an issue, there is 0 help. First I go to the help centre - no info for me to use. Fine, I'l try square space assistant. Nope still useless and I get the 'would you like to talk to a person' response. Great finally some help? Nope 'fill in this forum support case' Alright whatever, il do this and explain my issue. I explain it in the support forum and then suddenly '256 characters too much'. I then end up having to put a few words on a support forum, who knows when il get a response.I will be moving my domain from squarespace asap, its a real shame that a issue thats probably simple for them to help me with has turned into a nightmare...My advice - Stay clear, anyone who previously was with google, try and go elsewhere.

I was 55 min online to recuperate my stars on e Bay!And it was my Fifth attend!Two kindly boys from Albania passed me to thirth American woman!!!In 10 years on e Bay I changed my e mail adress 9 years ago and 3 living adress!She wanted from me a password of not existing 9 years e mail!Than she asked me all post codes of 4 addresses in last 11 years!And I found my payslips!!!But she said that post cod is Wrong!And buy....I have Enorm Stress and Problem NOT Resolved!!!Tell me Human People!How it's Possible in 2025 confirm and approve that You are You!???I born in USSR but this KGB control in 2025 for sell items on e Bay is it Norm!!!When I say check my delivery on my different adresses/in 10 years!/ she said that I can have many accounts!🫣🫣🫣What I have to do for have back my 98 stars in 10 years?Go to Scotland Yard???Or put my DNI???

Worst company to do business with , i ordered a cat condo/ cat tree/ scratching post , paid for this & received email confirming delivery date that came and went . I emailed company regarding my order & delivery date & when & what happened that hadn’t received item by date they gave . Surprise surprise no reply . No other way of contacting the company that I could find . Customer service is appalling & I wouldn’t hold your breath on getting your goods anytime soon . No wonder they closing down if this is how they do business. Avoid at all cost , I contacted my bank & explained what had happened & bank reversed the payment back to my account . If all else fails & company won’t refund you contact your bank

Two days, 8 emails, two phone calls from idiots, and a series of impossible requests that include all accounts used by Authy Account, all devices used by your Authy Account, as well as all phone numbers associated with your Authy account... bullshit. Give me the night-time phone number for bosses Sameer Dholakia and Khozema Shipchandler, and the FTC and we'll see about bringing this scam stock to the basement. What a shit show... do not use, and do not invest.

Charged 450 $ for nothing, and no way to back out

I've been a proud Notion user for years, on their free plan. All of a sudden, I was prompted with the fact that I've reached 1.000 blocks, and I had to pay a membership in order to have access to my work. That's right. There was no way to go back and delete useless pages or remove content, nor to access it anymore. My content was held hostage. Ok, my bad for not noticing by digging as deep as possibile in their documentation to find out how the billing works. I paid, happily, the plus plan for an entire year, because after all even if these area shady bad commercial techniques, I really love the platform. Plus, yes, all my precious content is in there, so I was also forced to do so. Then I was prompted with the new feature "Team Spaces" and I was actively invited to add team members to a project. AT NO POINT was I informed that I was going to be billed for this action. Turns out that when you add a notion member to a team space (even if it is a free user), you get billed for ONE ENTIRE YEAR for a full subscription on their account. I have added 8 team members. Soon enough, I have noticed that I was going to be billed over 450$ for this. I immediately removed the team members and contacted Notion support requesting this invoice to be aborted, as there was no way to know this would have happened. They hide the commercial and economical terms in areas that are very hard to find, and this is a borderline - criminal practice. Of course, support has not answered back. I don't want to pay for this theft and abuse. So I try to go and remove my credit card from the billing area, and YOU CANT remove your credit card. Once they save it in, they don't let it go. So, if I won't pay this amount, I guess my Notion account will be blocked (or erased) and I will lose years worth of work. What would you say to this kind of treatment to your clients?

Broken perfume bottle

I recently ordered perfume online. It was a birthday gift and should have been gift wrapped and sent along with a note and to my sister-in-law for her birthday. The perfume arrived unwrapped, no note stating who sent it and in a plastic bag with a piece of bubble wrap around a glass bottle. Needless to say the perfume bottle arrived broken. A tiny sample arrived at the same time in a box with bubble wrap around it. Now that was genius! I called customer service, which is a call center in who knows what country, what happened to someone whom I could barely understand and got cut off. I requested a refund on line and it will take 6 weeks. I called the store at Ross park mall and no one answered. I went in person to the Ross park store spoke to a manager and was told there was nothing she could do because it was ordered online. This is not acceptable! This was a present! It’s so frustrating! I have been a long time customer but will no longer shop there. Shopping at Macy is an awful experience. I have walked around the store trying to find someone to wait on me. I have waited at a register for someone, anyone to come!
