It's actually their policy (literally) to STEAL their customers' money by refusing to give them the product they PAID for, *and* refusing to give them a refund if they don't "redeem" their purchase within 30 days. Conveniently, their purchase confirmation email does not mention this whatsoever.Buried in their FAQ:"All license codes and redemption links will expire after 30 days. We apologize that there is not more we can do to help."Riiiiight, I'm sure you're sooooo effin sorry about that.
