Review of ulta
I bought 2 Smash box lip colors. Both were on sale. Few days later, I opened one of them to apply but there was no lip color in it. It was all dried up. I went back to exchange but the ladies at the cashier rudely told me that the item inside the box does not match with description on the box. Which clearly means that they were blaming me for using the whole lip color and bringing it back to exchange or I switched the item inside with something I already used. They both were looking at me like I was a thief. It made me feel really bad. I feel like not going back to this store next time. I felt very disrespectful and disappointed. Finally, one of them decided to exchange it without apologizing their behavior.

I'm so ticked off right now I wanted to write a Google review because that's where I write all my reviews about businesses. This place ulta has some poor customer service. I ordered an item I've been wanting with a coupon they sent me. They canceled the order because the item was out of stock in the specific store I chose to pick up. I wanted to try another store and they would not give me the coupon back. They are supposed to call me back and I hope they refund me the $10 as I placed the order because the item is on sale and low stock. If they do I will change this review.
Review of X (Twitter)
I am unable to use Twitter for myself or my company, because someone was using their platform to stalk me (yes, for real) and posted horrible lies about myself and my family on their platform. After numerous times contacting them, alerting them to the fact that the police were involved and death threats were being made, they did nothing to stop the harassment, refused to remove the insane lies this person was posting about myself and my family, and blatantly said this lunatic was "not in violation of Twitter's rules," even though their rules state otherwise. They are a terrible company who only seems to care about money and their view of politics and users who share those views even if they are breaking the law, and I hope they are overtaken by new social media companies sooner than later. If I had the money I would sue them for allowing someone who was breaking the law in 2 states, and federal laws, to continue to use their platform to continue to break the law. Sick of this company, their biases, and their fake marketing pretending they treat everyone equally.
