They are the worst company ever. I had a order that didnt arive and the refused a refund saying that it was based on my previous credits. I had only ever used them once before and had no issues that time. 0/10 for customer services, plus I was $50 out of pocket.Ive been using Uber Eats since, four deliverys and no issues at all.How do I give zero stars?

Had to return pair that was way to big,after all information was entered I was told to print a shipping label,when I dont have a printer so went to the most useless chat line to cancel pickup return for 9.00,totally played or was dumb and could not comprehend or let us cancel,what a scam company,chat told us if we were to return to nearest store it was at their discretion,runaround,runaround,runaround,buy anywhere else but here,my daughter has been on the phone for 1 hr now to try to iron out,what a joke,NEVER AGAIN,DONT DO IT,well to redeem themselves my daughter did get ahold of a very helpful representative ,that totally took care of the our problem in a very courteous manner,crocs you need more reps like this ty

This is a terrible streaming service . 3 times now I have been watching a show when a banner appears saying 2 days left which did not give me enough time to finish the series. Also it cuts out b4 the end of the program. There are way too many ads and constant interruptions by those annoying "sponsored by ". Whoever told them that they are funny lied. I have had surgery that was more amusing. And to see them ad nauseum is infuriating. I am only watching something now because I started it. I only hope I get to finish it

I have been waiting for an awnser from their customers support for more than a week now. I'll keep you posted if I ever get something from them.Update* So last week, I finally got an awnser from them. It took 11 days to get them to respond. Its something I guess. We sent some messages back and forth and now, I'm supposed to get my item, which was covered by its 1 year warranty. However, 5 days have past since they told me I was gonna get it, but still dont have either the item or any tracking number. Gonna keep waiting I guess!

I wish I'd checked here before ordering a mobile phone through Lenovo. I just assumed that such a well known brand would have a half decent supply chain-I was very wrong.The website stated 1-2 day delivery + 1-2 delay due to high volumes, and yet 9 days after ordering, I don't have the phone and they can't give me any sort of estimate of when it might ship.I'm attempting to cancel my order now and they can't even tell me if they can successfully do that.A painful purchasing experience, I will never use them again.

I would love to give them a -0!!! Worst customer service and dispute resolution I have ever encountered!!!! I went through multiple phone calls and emails with these losers and never had a resolution. I had to go through my bank to get it resolved billing me for a product I never received!!! Received the below comment and its not helpful as I contacted Klarna multiple times about this. Don't worry Klarna I had my bank resolve it and also finally got a hold of Macys to fix the problem. NEVER USE KLARNA!!

Sell your stuff somewhere else! They put a 30 day hold on my payment because I sold items worth more than 700 USD as they claim they are HIGH value items. They charge very high fees to sell your items and no one answers the phone at CS. You can't even find a CS phone on their website. All communication is via messages. Never again!

Dell laptops are the worst and never worth the money... They have the best customer service, however; I had no other chance than to talk here about my horrible Dell experience since 2021. Briefly, I bought an Inspiron in October 2021 as my old Mac was obsolete. Then in 1 month of course after the return warranty ends the Caps Lock began to be dysfunctional (the light keeps on and doesn't turn off until you restart the PC). I had 2 keyboard changes and then the screen went dysfunctional... The people from customer service were helpful and took the laptop back and refunded me... I had to get a new one and unfortunately, upon lame friend advice, I got XPS which was said to be the best... I got it without any discount and paid almost double what I paid in October 2021. I received the laptop end of March 2022 and again the same issue began 4 weeks later again 3 keyboard replacements then the motherboard then finally took it and sent me A REFURBISHED ONE... that again now in less than a month had the same dysfunctional... Interestingly enough I got my nephew a gaming DELL 15 laptop that had the same DYSFUNCTION... SO PEOPLE DON'T GET DELL EVER AGAIN. I wish I got to find a good Laptop anywhere away from this LAME DELL. I have email proof for all this by the way and receipts.

Most visitors expect to access the British Museum from Great Russell Street but when you get to the entrance, unless you have an exhibition ticket or are a Member, you are told to go to the back entrance. There are no prominent signs warning you of this: just a small notice in a frame on the railing.Having legged it to the back entrance you then have to go through a grubby little security tent to have your bags checked.Eventually I got to the Japanese Galleries (rooms 92-94); then they were closed at 15:00 but there was no notice that this would happen.Let’s have a cup of tea in the Great Court cafe: this was uncomfortably cold.The impression I get from the British Museum is they simply don’t care. Visitors are a nuisance, so let’s annoy them by making them walk further than necessary (no consideration for those with disabilities), close galleries early without warning, and make them sit in a cold café while they consume overpriced food and drink.This institution should be utterly ashamed of itself. The public would be far better served if it were closed and its contents handed over to other museums and galleries who actually welcome visitors e.g. the V&A, National Portrait Gallery.Visitors: don’t spoil your visit to London by going to this unwelcoming and uncaring museum which is well past its sell-by date.

I am a first time costumer and found a bronzer(sun bunny) which is NOT listed out of stock, I put my order in and next day my order was cancelled. I checked with paypal and they said I had input the correct and needed information in coalition with my bank account. So this is an issue on Ulta's end. They don't want business from you if you only buying one item.

Ulta in Staten Island at the Staten Island mall. I truthfully LOVE Ulta and normally never have an issue - due to Covid they close at 7 I got there today at 6:58 for a pick up order due to limited parking over there it took me 2 minutes to park I got to the door at 7:02 and explain through the window I just need my pick up order and the unprofessionalism and disrespect talking to me like a child - so rude. One ladies name was Sophia and one was an older lady with blonde curly hair. Trust me I know if you close at 7 you close at 7 but really 7:02 on the dot I was at the door begging for a pick up order and was humiliated in front of staff, shaking their head at me. Truly disappointed in them. I’ve worked in retail before and we were always taught to respect costumers ESPECIALLY if their respecting you because I was VERY polite and begging for an order I really needed for the following day.
