The website administration is *mostly* easy to use--but when it's not, the help tools are little help. I have not had good experience with calling Customer Service, either. It takes a long time to get them to understand the root of my issue, and on at least two occasions I have just given up with no resolution.

I just recently did a purchase the seller was selling a pair of shorts I messaged him about the size cuz that wasn’t on the description So he replied saying was a medium so i decided to buy them .. when I received the item the tag on the short says smallAnd of course I can’t wear them because im medium size.. I tried to get a refund returning the shorts but costumer service just suck at it after i submitted 5 pictures of the shorts 2 showing the tag that on big letters says smallAlso a picture of the conversation with the seller saying was a medium when it wasn’t Customer service want me to send more pictures showing a male camel toe cuz they don’t fit me… so the want me to take pictures of that what a weird and bad costumer service!!!!

I've been using WPEngine for 8 years and have been so thankful for there amazing support team and infrastructure. There has not been a problem I've given the support team that they haven't been willing to help me solve. It also gives my clients piece of mind that they have a second round of support available that they can reach out at any time. I recently migrated a client from Bluehost to WPEngine. Without adding any speed optimization plugins there site went from a score of 50 on page speed to around 85. That's crazy!

Awful!! Expecting a really important email when I randomly got locked out on my MacBook. recovery code sent to email address you are locked out of. Managed to get code sent to another email address where you are then asked name addresss date of birth which is all fine. you are then asked to list 4 recent emails you have sent with the exact subject title. Are you mad outlook??? Then you have to wait up to 24 hours for them to decide if you provided enough info. I got the email promptly but they refuse to let me in my account. They have now blocked my account and only option is to magically remember emails I sent or all my online receipts are gone for good. so lets stick to a paper society as online info can be taken from you at any moment. not at all likely to get your house robbed for receipts. Furious at the stress this has caused and no contact available either.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I will be closing my account ASAP! Chase is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I have included a phone call by your representative "sierra" or "Tia. I couldn't hear her name but I heard her say Tia. This is the second woman I have argued with over the phone. I only wish I had recorded the first phone call with "Cynthia". Both of these women are absolutely terrible at customer service. I cannot believe that you have people talking back to customers this way. When I'm speaking, YOU BE QUIET! THAT IS HOW EVERY OTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT IS. They stop speaking and let me speak!I have two money orders that have been placed on hold. Why? Because Chase would not allow my father to deposit my money from selling my car. I am in another state from my car. He was told to use money order or cashiers check and for me to call the number on receipt to get them released sooner than 14 days. Well, that's obviously a lie. And on top of it, both these women decided to take away my survey opportunity at the end of the phone call. They know they are bad at their jobs. Fire them!It is one thing to hold my money, it is another to be downright disrespectful. I'm absolutely disgusted by this customer service and you can bet your ass I will be posting reviews and the phone call everywhere!

How do I leave a review about a psychologist my partner and I had in through this company? There is nowhere to leave a review. There has been no follow up or anything. Wanted to find out how to leave a review as when you talk to a therapist, you are seeking to get help and when the help is not forthcoming, if will leave you in a more compromised and vulnerable position. Any help/ direction would be greatly appreciated.

I felt safe applying for the jobs that were sent to me. None were a scam; all were legitimate companies. I feel that the section that allows the candidate to send a personal communication is very good and important. I feel that is what opened up interest in getting to know about me for my new employer. That's a great feature.

Google Fi has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They all just repeat themselves over and over, non are American based so can barely understand english. They have made me remail my phone over 7 times to have it refurbished 3 times now and even lost it in their facility. I will never use them again once my phone is paid off.

Absolutely disgusting company. Atrocious customer service and delivery. Placed an order on the 7th September for Approach S62 Bundle, waiting over a month for it. Contacted them via Facebook messenger for an update as had no movement on the order to be told it would be shipped next week. Received an update this morning 18th October 2021 stating the verification failed and therefore the product had not been shipped. (Apparently, they don’t take the payment immediately and also use a third-party payment processor) I am told there is no stock left now and no time frame on delivery. Checked with credit card company, nothing was attempted, and everything works fine.I asked the member of staff (George) to try some other cards which all failed also indicating a likely issue with the chosen credit card processor.George informed me Garmin offers no compensation for any orders even if the screw up is on their part so have decided against any further purchases and recommend others consider this also before purchasing with Garmin, I am sure there support will be just as abrupt and poor.From something that was supposed to be a wonderful gift Garmin has well and truly screwed up the experience, well done you total morons.
