Review of fb
A long time ago I went into Notifications and turnned off that People you may know. This is consistant -more than the date posted below. I keep getting this parade of strangers I don't want to know. I have had over 1,400 of these in one day! no "Select all - delete" My hand is damaged. Now FB had blocked my ability to delete these people I don't wan to to know. It is an internal game bcause I posted something rather mainstream that went against some one's agenda. I use a pen name on FB because I am an older person.

Review of dsw
I had a very unsatisfactory experience while visiting one of your stores in Virginia, at 9880 W. Broad St., in Glen Allen. I had come in to look for a pair of sneakers and had decided on a pair of Saucony’s, for $64.99. While in the aisle I asked one of the sales associates if I could use a DSW VIP coupon I had in my possession, which was $30 off if one spends $49. She looked it over front and back and said it was good. So I waited in line with my 90-year-old mother who wanted to buy a pair of sunglasses which I also charged. The line was about 8 people long when we went to the register. To my dismay, the cashier would not apply the coupon. She said it did not cover the Saucony brand. She then showed me a yellow sheet showing the numerous brands (all popular) excluded from the coupon including Saucony. I feel this is misrepresentation and fraud on several levels: 1) On the coupon itself, there was no mention of popular brands being excluded. This omission is not representative of good business practices and kind of a teaser to draw customers in which is very misleading. What’s the value of a coupon if most brands are omitted? 2) The personnel in the store shouldn’t say a coupon is valid, when it isn’t. 3) The cashier stated that signs were posted in the store showing the exclusions. There were none apparent on the aisle where I shopped and I did not see any very visible in other parts of the store or else I would have thought twice about the purchase. Because of this, you can expect to lose this customer. Famous Footwear honors their coupons and doesn’t mislead the customer till you are at the point of purchase, after telling them the coupon is valid, and invalidates the discount. Poor form, and poor business practices. You should address this at your earliest opportunity.
Review of nest
The nest is absolutely the worst piece of technology I've ever had. I absolutely hate it. It's always going to eco mode no matter if I deactivate it or not. Get used to 82 degrees every time you come home because thats what it loves to do. I'm not sure how eco friendly it is because it takes 4 plus hours of cooling to bring it back to a decent temperature which Jack's up your bill because your always having to cool your house down from 82 every time you walk in the door or hell at 2am even. Don't get one. They are trash. Run far away.
Review of macromedia
absolute scam. I started with a free trial .They charged me without notifying me the trial had ended. I don't even use it because it's rubbish. Trying to cancel the plan is horrendous work - and now they want to charge me 80£ for cancelling. Shame on them.
Review of creativemarket
I like the website however it can be hard to get the specific search results needed. And I go through sooooo many profiles to see what I want. I think if there was more consistency on how an artist labels their work. Ex: I want tshirt designs that say Soul. All results should say tshirt. Some say illustrations + ?, others are labeled differently. It would be helpful to have the labeling consistent & the search results more focused & accurate.
Review of chegg
I tried canceling their subscription, and they continued to charge me. I escalated the issue to my bank to stop the payment, and because of that, they canceled the remainder of my service, even after having more than 20 more days to go with my subscription.Clearly, this is a fraudulent system praying on students that need help studying.I would not recommend this to any student; try other systems.

Review of hp
I would advise to avoid HP at all costs. I didn't even get to a completed sale position but my experience with their pre and post sales support team left a lot to be desired. Ordered laptop on 11 April 2024 and paid with my credit card. The transaction got cancelled by HP and was told by customer rep that I could order again but decided to wait until the pending payment dropped off my Barclays credit card. A week later (after the credit card mandate dropped off) same problem happened again and was put through to post-sales team who again told me that the payment would be dropped within one or two days. When I explained to him that it actually took a week, he took offence and said "Are you finished" and "you don't need to explain this to me". I gave up and as Dell had a special offer on a similar laptop I went with the safer option.
Review of dropbox
Dreadful customer service, sneaky onscreen elements that lure you into clicking to buy when you didn't realise you were making a purchase. I wasted £150 on a licence I didn't want because the onscreen information asked if I wanted someone to 'join my team'. This was directly after I had asked to share a document so I assumed this was a request to let them see the shared document. It wasn't. It was an immediate purchase that I then couldn't stop. When I contacted customer services I was just given a relentless barrage of standard answers and glib comments. I am now investigating whether UK law protects customers from sharp practices like this. Do not be tricked into buying licences from this enormous corporate entity that really doesn't care a fig for customers.
