I bought a ticket for business class to Manila from LA. I probably saved $200/ticket which was substantial. I was a little apprehensive since I’ve never used their service before but it all went well. I made a mistake on one of the names in my party but they were able to rectify the situation for a fee. My correspondences were with William who kept me updated throughout the process and I have to say that they were quite dependable and responsive in my experience.

Yes this has been a crazy 2 years .i did my taxes have 3 kids never got my 2 stimulus or 3rd one and its been over 21 days and my taxes are still saying being processed this is ridiculus.its my damn money and i need it now ..then i cant reach no one at the irs so now what ?i just loose out on the two checks now ..

DON'T MAKE AN MICROSOFT EMAIL. I have been locked out of my account for 4 days. A MACHINE wants to you recover your account by using an old phone number....I DON'T HAVE THAT PHONE NUMBER ANYMORE. It is so annoying. And support literally has NO power in getting your account back. Its all up to an all mighty machine God. Once i get into my account I won't ever use Microsoft live EVER again. Thank God my really important information is through different provider of emails.

if you are thinking of getting this over currency from sainsburys bureau de change, don't, for the following reasons:1.You'll spend at least 15 minutes (rather than 5) going through all the paperwork.2. the link you'll then have to go to online afterwards to activate the card won't work (at least it didn't in our case).3. The customer service from mastercard will be appalling.4.You'll be charged the privilege of closing down your account (£6 in our case), because Mastercard relies on you leaving your own money dormant in their account.All the above means we'd never use mastercard again. Period.

Update: My case was never resolved, Google Fi literally stole hundreds of dollars from me. They refused to fix my phone screen when I had insurance, and refused to credit or refund me for the TWO MONTHS I went without a phone because they refused to fix it. They scammed me really good. Google is now about $500 richer after scamming a poor soul like me. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE.TLDR: Their insurance is a scam.I have the Pixel Pass, which includes insurance.I broke my phone.It took me over 6 weeks and more than 50 times contacting customer service to finally get my issue resolved.They kept sending me non-working replacement links. They blamed my bank. I called my bank, my bank confirmed there were ZERO attempted transactions., I tried three payment methods, as well as a friend's card. Everyone experienced an error and we confirmed every time it that the bank did not receive any attempted transactions.Their agents lied blaming my bank, my credit card company, PayPal, my friend's credit card company, everything BUT looking into why I was getting these errors.Their agents constantly lied to me, gave me different answers, were unable to understand basic English, etc.The supervisor name that was helping me was Nandini. This person did not once, respond to anything I said. Nandini was rude, accusatory, and made up wild accusations of me refusing to pay when I was simply asking for a solution. Nandini was rude, demeaning, dismissive, and obviously unable to read. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service.

I have switched carriers.The reason: I have had no service for 2 weeks due to my SIM card stopped working and needing to be replaced. When i received my new SIM card after over a week of waiting, it was not working — my profile was treating me like a new user, I could not activate it because I did not have a pin and account number of my other provider— google was my provider. I was not a new customer.Seeking customer support, I was told there was an outage in my area when I knew that wasn’t my issue, and later was determined it wasn't the issue when someone actually looked at my profile. I had to wait 3 days for someone to even listen to me and to help me troubleshoot. I had to repeat information because I was passed around to different people trying to help, and was told they needed a specialist to help me with a list of instructions. You’ve made it easier for me to just get service somewhere else; less steps, no “specialist” needed.

The customer service is horrible. The product is fine, a little buggy and lacks some more advanced features, but for my small startup it worked okay. When I needed to add an additional team member everything went wrong. I had to reach out to even add a team member (even though I signed up without any help originally) and my assigned Account Manager was horrible. She responded rudely and so infrequently. I had to follow up multiple times before I could get a response back and when I did she would mention that they had some vague issue and that they were working on getting it fixed. It still is not fixed and my Account manager has stopped responding to my emails. I am trying to pay them more money and they still won't help, or even tell me what is going on. I have already prepaid for a full year which was clearly a mistake. I feel trapped by this company with horrible customer service and genuinely do not know what to do at this point. If you are considering using this software, please run. When something goes wrong (which it will, because nothing is perfect) you will be out of luck and out of money.

I love the zoom platform but their customer support is seriously lacking. Their bot Bolt does not understand anything unless it is written exactly as the topics they list. After writing to support, I also got very unhelpful bot-like responses and my issue was never resolved. I have pending contacts in my Mac desktop zoom application and they do not disappear after 30 days, neither can I delete these pending contacts. Zoom support was useless and di not even take my feedback as a need to upgrade their platform. I also find it really annoying that one cannot deactivate the chat in big zoom meetings...it is so distracting to the eye. Otherwise, Zoom is a great invention. Thanks
