I bought a Coursera course two years ago (no subscription, just upfront for 1 course). For personal reasons I never go around to completing the course, and now when I wanted to restart the course, I find that they want payment again for me to be able to submit assignments etc. Apparently there's a 180 days limit to complete the course, but my original confirmation email said NOTHING about such a limitation. Shame om them for defrauding their customers.

I made an error and accidentally upgraded to Premium in a defunct account. Rather than allowing me to transfer the subscription to my active account, you cancelled my old one but then did not refund the subscription fee. I then had to subscribe again under the new account. It’s so frustrating that you were not able to refund me, especially when I asked for the refund almost immediately after subscribing and clearly had two account. So now I have two charges for the services. Outrageously bad customer service.

I send them an email, on which they replied in Frensh with one sentence: wash them on 30 degrees. Nothing else was mentioned, just one sentence. Is that a way to talk to your customers? I did wash on 30, for short period, just to freshen them. I have never been speaking to in this way by customersupport.
