Update: My case was never resolved, Google Fi literally stole hundreds of dollars from me. They refused to fix my phone screen when I had insurance, and refused to credit or refund me for the TWO MONTHS I went without a phone because they refused to fix it. They scammed me really good. Google is now about $500 richer after scamming a poor soul like me. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE.TLDR: Their insurance is a scam.I have the Pixel Pass, which includes insurance.I broke my phone.It took me over 6 weeks and more than 50 times contacting customer service to finally get my issue resolved.They kept sending me non-working replacement links. They blamed my bank. I called my bank, my bank confirmed there were ZERO attempted transactions., I tried three payment methods, as well as a friend's card. Everyone experienced an error and we confirmed every time it that the bank did not receive any attempted transactions.Their agents lied blaming my bank, my credit card company, PayPal, my friend's credit card company, everything BUT looking into why I was getting these errors.Their agents constantly lied to me, gave me different answers, were unable to understand basic English, etc.The supervisor name that was helping me was Nandini. This person did not once, respond to anything I said. Nandini was rude, accusatory, and made up wild accusations of me refusing to pay when I was simply asking for a solution. Nandini was rude, demeaning, dismissive, and obviously unable to read. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service.
