The customer service is horrible. The product is fine, a little buggy and lacks some more advanced features, but for my small startup it worked okay. When I needed to add an additional team member everything went wrong. I had to reach out to even add a team member (even though I signed up without any help originally) and my assigned Account Manager was horrible. She responded rudely and so infrequently. I had to follow up multiple times before I could get a response back and when I did she would mention that they had some vague issue and that they were working on getting it fixed. It still is not fixed and my Account manager has stopped responding to my emails. I am trying to pay them more money and they still won't help, or even tell me what is going on. I have already prepaid for a full year which was clearly a mistake. I feel trapped by this company with horrible customer service and genuinely do not know what to do at this point. If you are considering using this software, please run. When something goes wrong (which it will, because nothing is perfect) you will be out of luck and out of money.
