Review of brevo
I recently tried Brevo Marketing, attracted by its appealing interface and feature-rich free version. However, my account was short-lived; I closed it after just three days due to insurmountable setup issues. Here's a concise rundown of my experience:1. **Setup Failures**: I encountered persistent issues that prevented me from completing basic setup tasks, such as entering my company's name and custom domain email.2. **Complex Form Integration**: Embedding a simple opt-in form was unnecessarily complicated, requiring multiple code snippets across various parts of my website, unlike other services that offer a straightforward, single-code solution. This complexity is in stark contrast to other providers who manage to simplify the process with a single JavaScript code and a one-liner to display the form.3. **Limited Customization**: The platform's customization options for emails and forms were disappointingly restrictive.4. **Inadequate Support**: The deciding factor in leaving Brevo Marketing was the unresponsive and ineffective support team. When facing technical issues, I encountered slow service and no practical solutions, which is a deal-breaker for any time-sensitive marketing operation.Waiting several days for a simple fix is unacceptable, especially when the issue could have been swiftly resolved by a competent technical team.
Review of booking
If I could give zero stars I would. Firstly, I was scammed through a message sent in the app. Then booking.com stated if the bank would not reimburse, to forward the information to them. I’ve done so, several times, weeks ago… and nothing but automated email responses saying they’ll get in touch. Messaging in app doesn’t work, and the only phone number given on the website or Google is not connected. There is literally no way of speaking to anyone!
Review of macromedia
When wanting to end my monthly subscription, Adobe wants to charge me for another 4 months or so, as they claim I get a monthly discount, because I sign up for one year at a time. That is a bit steep - as I have paid every month for several years - but what is even worse - I cannot just pay for the reminder of my period and then also continue to have access to my services in the period, for which I am forced to pay. I must pay for the full period, but the moment i cancel (and pay) my subscription will end, so I no longer have access to the services, for which I must still pay. Furthermore, it's not written anywhere, when my period ends, so I cannot even put a reminder in my calendar to end my subscription at the right date.
Review of lego
I’ve now ordered 7 times at the website and been into store 3 times for other purchases. The store experience is always brilliant. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I’ve been using the pick a brick service online which was extremely fast up until Christmas and now seems to have really ground to a halt. The website stated that the items which could be ordered through pick a brick were restricted until mid January due to a backlog of orders. This restriction was lifted and we placed a few orders since within a couple of days of each other. Part of one order has been received and the others are still showing as in the warehouse, but we’re receiving email updates which is good. My only feedback would be that I would prefer that Lego didn’t generate a DPD label until the orders are ready to ship. I’ve been getting regular notifications from DPD for nearly a month advising they’ve been made aware of 5 parcels but are yet to receive them from Lego. Perhaps Lego could consider just logging the delivery labels when the items are ready to ship as its confusing to work out what is and isn’t in flight.
Review of domestika
Just like everyone else I purchased a course and paid a little money. I did not tick anywhere, I did not accept a yearly subscription, if so I would not be complaining here right now. But yesterday I realized they charged domestika plus fee. When I click the refund link and fill a support ticket they forwarded me to another link that states they don't refund subscription fees. I can't find any human , I keep receiving same e-mails, and the only person in charge is no person at all but Aİ. This company gets your credit info and then charge a subscription fee which you don't consent. If they were trustable company they wouldn't include a refund link with an information that there will be no refund. They used my credit card without my authorization.

Review of bestbuy
Worst customer service by far. We purchased matching LG refrigerator, oven and microwave from Best Buy. We were also total tech subscribers until this incident. The display on the microwave and the oven both stopped working. I had total tech come diagnose. The technician charged $90 to tell me the microwave is not worth repairing and should replace. Then charged another $90 to diagnose the oven. The oven he confirmed that Best Buy installed wrong and caused the wiring to short out. This could have burned my house down. He noted in our work order that we should not be charged for repairs to the faulty installation. I called Sandy at Best Buy to confirm that I would not be charged when he came back to repair. Wrong he came back did the repairs and said that will be $165. My wife said what about you told us we would not be charged? He said geek squad needed to charge but assured that with the notes in the system Best Buy would credit us back!! Well that is where it all went sideways. Best Buy will not credit any of it back! I told the tech and Sandy from Best buy that if I would have to pay I would not want the repairs done! What a big scam total tech is $179.99/ year for shitty customer service and they did nothing for me!

Their subscription cancelation policy is a pure scam. It's almost impossible to stop the subscription - you should call them to do so. They have "automatic service" which is asking you for the account number. Which they never provide. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! You'll lose time and money. Even after I've re-issued my credit card they were able to withdraw their fee despite I never provided them my new credit card details. Avoid!

The support service did not request video confirmation of payment from the fraudulent buyer. the scammer simply sent them a screenshot and that’s enough for them. support service is in cahoots with the scammer. I have not received payment from the scammer. the scammer did not provide proof of payment (except for the screenshot, which does not even indicate the name of the payment recipient, my name)

I work a lot through p2p and I have not faced any problem. The most annoying thing on Binance is freezing assets for 24 hours. However, it is a feature to protect both parties, but it was possible to put an option button if both parties agree, then the assets are not frozen. And Binance remains, in my opinion, the best trading platform ever.
