They will freeze your account and take your profits and allow you NO avenue to resolve the issue. Their Chat/Email customer service is a terrible loop. Chat says email you email and you hear nothing. It sucks because I liked the platform, but now they have tarnished any relationship with the lack of a customer service rep that can just talk to me and help me figure out what happened.

I recently attempted to extend the warranty on my Porsche Taycan through Porsche Centre Brooklands and was met with an inflexible and inconvenient process. The dealership insisted that I make a 1.5-hour round-trip solely to sign a document in person. When I questioned why this couldn't be handled remotely, I was told it was due to FCA regulations. However, other FCA-regulated financial products like mortgages, bank accounts, and car insurance can all be arranged without needing to be physically present. I also contacted the Porsche Customer Interaction Centre for assistance but they told me as well that I needed to make the drive to a dealership to sign a piece of paper. What made it worse was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to explore other solutions, such as posting the document for me to sign. For a premium brand, I expected much better customer service and a more forward-thinking approach. Instead, I was met with inconvenience, poor communication, and no effort to make the process easier.This experience has left me extremely disappointed and questioning the level of customer service provided by Porsche Centre Brooklands and Porsche UK.

I love the simplicity of adding and download books to my Kobo Library Colour. I made the jump from Kindle to Kobo when Amazon took away the download button. I wanted to own my books and read them on whatever devices I wanted to read them. The white color with the black leather case is the perfect color combo for me, and the stylus is perfect for taking notes. I’m glad I made the jump, and I wish I could have done it sooner.

i purchased a movie on preorder with price guarantee and amazon decided to cancel my order but they listed another similar for a higher price over 8 dollars more. i think they did not want to respect their price guarantee and find this way to not honor a sale and list it on another item number by claiming the item is no longer available which is not true. they even sent me a link about a replacement item but it is the exact same as they cancelled in my order but selling it for more. i cant understand how such a rich company can act this way and dont honor their own price guarantee by cancelling an item and relisting it. they might say oh no its not same we changed a few words in the description or item number is not same or such bs but it is the exact same movie and packaging like i had ordered with same picture of the item that they now sell for more than what i had paid and which they cancelled.

I purchased a 1-year Uber One membership while on vacation in Portugal. Now I’m unable to use the service in my home country, the Netherlands, where I live permanently. Uber refuses to correct this. This violates EU geo-blocking laws and consumer protection. A formal complaint has been filed with the ECC and Dutch ACM. Highly disappointing service and lack of accountability.

I bought a theme that Envato sells as having a video importer for YouTube. Unfortunately, it does not include this, and when I contacted Envato, they gave me a workaround, which is not what I paid for (why are you still misselling this, Envato?)I requested a refund, which they blankly refused, as it seems to them that the customer is wrong (I'm not)I'll be looking into taking legal action, and I recommend that if you look into using one of their themes, contact Envato first to ensure you are not misled.
