Property Owner Policy Leading to Corrupt Reviews

The property (a private apartment) was not what we expected and while the location was as advertised the apartment itself was cheaply decorated its price point, parking was a nightmare and the nearly impossible approach to the property within the city of Toledo, Span made moving luggage in and out a herculean effort. One of the beds was completely broken and the only bathroom sink was totally clogged. Adding to insult, there were ants everywhere. The day after our stay I was classy enough to call the property owner via WhatsApp where she had established contact a few days prior to our stay. I now realize that she had tricked me as she should've communicated via the "Booking.com" app. After 1 night's stay we left the property for a nearby hotel and never asked for a refund. In fact I told the owner that she could re-book the remaining 3 nights as we would not be returning. We never once asked for a refund and the owner was free to keep the $900 USD we had paid for 4 nights. We had intended on leaving a review simply describing how difficult the parking and luggage situation was since in involved steep hills and steep stairs. When we returned from our trip and to our surprised confusion we were met with e-mails from booking.com informing us that since we had been "no-shows" that we might in fact incur a "no-show" fee. This mind you is after paying in full and in advance. We contacted booking.com to have the error corrected but they told us that the property owner had cancelled our stay on her end and marked us as a "no-show" and that only the owner could rectify. This was a lie designed to block a review of the property. We sent booking.com screenshots of communication with the property owner, pictures of the inside of the property and even screenshots of recent communications in which the owner agrees to set the record straight with booking.com. All we wanted was to leave a review which is a privilege not afforded to "no-shows". Booking wrote several times claiming that what we had sent as evidence did not constitute sufficient proof of us "showin-up" only evidence that we had been there. A contradiction in terms if there ever was one. How can one be inside of a pre-paid property and at the same time "not-show". A mind-boggling policy on the part of booking.com as I cynically suspect they too want to avoid bad reviews of their listings at the expense of their paying customers. After 7 loyal years, I will never be using Booking.com again and will ask our New York City friends, neighbors and colleagues to avoid this service since the reviews are completely bogus due to perverted policies.

Fed up having to pay for something I don’t want

Why am I still legally bound to pay for tv channels I no longer want or watch. The bbc is a dinosaur relic long overdue for reform and should be cut adrift from public ownership and forced to survive along with the mainstream channels It no longer represents the majority . Its royal charter is disregarded and breached by its staff while they pursue their own agenda on a daily basis and yet our government does nothing.It is openly pro brexit and pro socialist in my view which again breaches it’s impartiality as dictated by its charter. I have stopped watching . I just need to be able to legally stop paying for second rate broadcasting

My car would not start . Lied to by respond mechanic.

My car would not start . I am 80 miles from home. I have been an auto and aircraft mechanic for many years. I knew my car just needed a new battery. The tripple a person I talked to assured me the responder would bring a battery. They did not. They said my alternator was bad and left me stranded. I had to get rides buy a battery and a tool. Triple a will never get another penny of my money.

Worst Customer Service ever experienced. Samsung warranty is to only replace.

Since buying the Galaxy 4 LTE early June, 4 repairs later and still the watch will not work without overheating and Samsung think it's ok. Pictures provided and the engineers said the watch is fine still. Google this model and see I'm not alone by a mile. Their warranty only allows for them to repair only. Apple swap instantly. Such a contrast of respect towards the consumer.

Contact Support - Impossible

At first it seemed OK. App quit working and couldn't login then tried to reset password. Several days and multiple attempts with no success. Best feature is they want you to LOGIN to get support for not being able to login! They have done an excellent job of making access to any support impossible. I'll just eat the loss but from my experience stay away from these clowns.

VITA FLOW BRANDS: This is a scam, they show one price and charged a huge amount. Care Vita Flow brands is not a good company; if they can't charge it, they change the name and charge it again, they rip you off. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FORM THEM. A charge of $39.99 was supposed to be the one, they charged me $239.99 They do not want to return the money. I also refuse the product, and they received it. If they get denied they will charge it in a different name till it is charged. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM: Care vita Flow, Vita flow brands, they mislead 100% No refunds at all!!! I got charged $239.99 and no refund!
