Review of BBC
Biased and agenda pushing news, from state broadcaster funded by a licence fee that the public are intimidated into paying. Decades ago BBC news used to have a good reputation, but the rot really set in when BBC news was merged with BBC current affairs in the 90s.

Review of hp
Bought top of the line omen 45 with rtx4090Randomly shuts off has and fans come on max rpm. Deleted the hp software which seemed to fix it. Problem is now back, thankfully extended the warranty…. Until I contacted support. Spent 6 hours repeating myself to them only to be told to reset the os/ take it to local pc repair shop for data backup. Those places in my experience clone phones so that wont be happening. Overall very disappointing machine and customer service. Expected a HP service center option. Just had time wasted by people with no clue.

Review of americanexpress
I used an american express card for over 20 years and despite the odd issue I was mainly happy however today I received an email from telling me they assumed that they had my agreement to switch me to paperless statements. There was a link on the email but rather than lead me to information on the subject matter it merely took me to a amex traders site. There was no simple way of saying no I do not agree, the mail was from a non return address and amex do not like giving out email addresses either on line or when you speak to them. I rang customer services and they told me that the process had started and there was no way of stopping it. It was suggested I ring back in a month or so and maybe they could look at a paper statements again then I explained I did not bank online or manage my credit card online but it was a waste of time, I spoke to another person who agin was unable to understand this and was then sent an email where before anything else I had to set up an online account which I had told them I did not want to do. I give up I will use my Visa account instead in future.

Review of vrbo
Very poor customer serviceI stayed in a property in cancun and the listing wasn’t accurate in anyway. I tried to resolve it with the manager and he wasn’t helpful, so I contacted vrbo and they weren’t helpful either. Don’t book with them as they aren’t any good when you’ve had a scam booking
