Review of chase
I did not use my Chase VISA very often and forgot to pay a $73 bill (apparently I signed up for paperless without knowing it, since I don't get a bill in the mail). Chase charged me a late fee of $35, almost 50% of what I owed. Almost criminal - I canceled the card.

Review of squarespace
They created the website in a way that you are constantly forced to spend more money. For example, when you create a mailing list, you are limited in your ability to alter it. If you send out an email campaign to 500 people and notice 200 of them consistently don't open the email, you are going to want to remove those people. Squarespace makes it really difficult for you to do that. There is no option to create a list from the people who open the email forcing you to print lists, compare and contrast your printed copy with your "live" list on Squarespace. It is time consuming and a nightmare. This lack of filtering and options not only costs you more money, it does not allow you to properly manage your CRM. Their reporting does not make sense or seem accurate b/c you get conflicting information and it's not set up to actually benefit your business. The app overall is a mid. The automations for your actual website are easy to navigate, but limited in options. They create a lot of issues and work for you if you buy your domain name from a third party instead of them. I feel like there has to be better options out there.

Lots of jobs advertised as permanent but are actually temp to perm. Also many jobs are advertised as Monday to Friday but when you look closer they also require weekend availability. Jobs are frequently not in search area requested e.g. job search radius of 15 miles from Stevenage and you are shown jobs in West Yorkshire and Liverpool?? If this was goods being sold action would be taken for false advertising so how do they get away with it?

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has hands-down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Trying to get a response from them is like shouting into the void—except the void would probably be more helpful. After multiple attempts to resolve an issue THEY caused, I was met with nothing but unhelpful, dismissive responses and endless delays. Their representatives are either incompetent, uninterested, or both. No one takes accountability, and the level of disorganization is beyond frustrating.Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. This company clearly does not care about its customers—only about taking your money and disappearing when problems arise. Absolute nightmare!

Review of newegg
Newegg has a marketplace guarantee but they refuse to honor it.I ordered a Corsair HARPOON RGB Wireless Rechargeable Gaming Mouse from a 3rd party seller on Dec 3rd, 2019 for the amount of $53.97, including tax. On Jan 4th, 2020 I received a generic knock off WIRED mouse that I wouldn't pay $5 for. It shipped from China even though when I purchased it said it would ship from the US. I called Newegg the next day and filed for a refund or replacement. I sent Newegg pics of what i received. They gave me the address to return it too and an RMA Number. I paid $10 for shipping. On Jan 12th I received an email confirming it was received ON JAN 11TH. But on Jan 11th I received an email from seller, through Newegg, that they rejected the return because it was under manufacturer warranty. Up until then the seller didn't respond. Jan 13th Newegg accepted that argument and closed the RMA. I have no money or mouse at this point, not even the cheap one.I didn't have a chance to call Newegg until Jan 20th. They agreed it was odd the RMA was rejected for warranty repair even though I wasn't returning it because it was broken, but not what I ordered. Newegg reopened the RMA, said I need to try to resolve it with seller before filing a claim with newegg. I pointed out that the company had over sixty 1 egg reviews(that was all of their reviews) of other people who had been scammed in the past month. They sent an email on my behalf. The seller responded to that telling me the same day "DearPlease do not rush to return the goods. Please give us a few days to investigate. We need to contact the warehouse to ask what the situation is.You can use the product first. We will give you a refund afterwards, so sorry for the inconvenience." Note that at this time the item had already been returned and received over a week before this. Later that day they rejected the RMA claiming they had already sent me a replacement. They gave the same tracking number that was on my original order.I waited the required week and filed a marketplace claim on Jan 22nd. Newegg sent me a shipping label to return the mouse they sent me, even though it had already been returned. On Jan 27th Newegg rejected my claim.I called to find out why on Feb 8th, cause I knew I needed to set aside time to deal with stupidity, and they said that I had already been issued a replacement and that the tracking number said i got it on Jan 4th. I asked what day I received the original order on. The Rep said Jan 4th. I asked how I could have gotten the replacement and the original on the same day. They weren't sure, must be time travel related. I asked for the tracking number, they gave it to me. I pointed out that was the tracking number on the original order. They reopened the claim and said I had to wait a week for an investigation. That's what they said before.I waited the other required week. Over the course of that week they resent me all the emails about rejecting the return cause it was covered under manufacturer warrantee, receiving the return, sending the replacement back in time using the same tracking number as the original order. It's been over a week now.At this point it's been 24 days since I filed a Marketplace Claim GUARENTEE with newegg. It's been 40 days since I returned the junk mouse the sent me. It's been 81 days since the newegg approved seller took my money and ripped me off.I still have NO MOUSE, NO MONEY, and I'm tired of having the same conversation over and over again with a different Rep every week, just for them to tell me it'll take ANOTHER WEEK to investigate and then then turn me down because the scam seller said they sent a replacement, when they obviously didn't.Newegg eventually pulled the seller. They had over eighty 1 egg reviews of other people who got scammed the same as me. They are perfectly aware of the reality of the situation. They are just giving me the run around hoping I'll eventually give up.Update: I went a couple more rounds with newegg claims department. They turned me down again claiming I hadn't returned the original mouse, despite having email confirmation from them that I had and they had previously confirmed it was showing up as returned and at the sellers warehouse. Then they turned me down again saying I was sent a replacement again, even though I wasn't and the seller used the same tracking number as on the original order. Then they got a supervisor. He asked if I still had the tracking number from my return. I didn't because it's been a long time since i sent it back. The SUPERVISOR said "if you don't have your tracking number you can't prove you returned it, goodbye" and hung up on me.I filed complaints with the BBB, consumer affairs, and paypal. I sent them all of the emails, including the confirmation newegg received the return. Then newegg contacted ME, reopened the claim, and refunded me very promptly.

They suspended my account as soon as i started dropshipping and when i asked them why (in email), as their responce, they didn't even gave me a reason, but said it's permanently banned just for security. Poor. The agent who responded me was called "Muriel" .

Review of dell
I read some of the negative comments and understand people's frustration. However, myself personally I had the best warranty experience ever with DELL. That wasn't the case with ASUS, MSI, DYSON in the past, so I was prepared for the fight. One of my three external monitors control joystick has malfunctioned out of the blue so I called them as this was still under 1 year warranty. They just asked few basic questions and told me they will replace it out right. No proofs, no evidences (like photos which I had to provide previously to ASUS and DYSON) was requested. Though, I understand the evidence portion to exclude obvious physical damage but despite me providing it I still had to go through hell.Anyway it was a shocker to me, I mean this is how the warranty should work ideally. Good job DELL in this particular case!
Review of cloudflare
I am not surprized to see the large number of 1 star ratings for Cloudflare. Notorious for blocking access to sites that one regularly uses and then does not respond. That's it. No reaction or response. Is therefore a danger to the sites they supposedly protect as they affect the customers of those sites negatively.

Very please how well the service promoted the advertisement for the petition: Re: Stop University Of Chichester’s axing of the MRes History Of Africa & The African Diaspora. Including the amount of people you captured to sign the petition. Well done - Thank you.

Review of expressvpn
I've been using Express VPN for over half a decade now. I'd used a few previously, including Nord, but ExVPN has been the best by far. I've had literally 0 issues in that time. Prior that there's always been at least one config issue, or DNS leak, but not with Express VPN.It really is the best bar none.
