I like using FedEx. I used this company a few times niw and never had any problems. Everything went smooth. Everything can be payed very easy and smooth.I only had a few problems loading the site, but that was only on my end (having problems loading anything at the time)Package got delivered very well without issues or damage as it should be.

I love depositphotos. They have great prices and excellent image quality. I recently had a small issue paying with Apple Pay. I've had random issues with apple pay or just credit card online before and most times it's an uphill battle to resolve issues and get refunded and purchase again etc, etc. I contacted support and with one sentence explanation support said they'd look into it to please wait. Less than 3 minutes later they come back tell me they found my transaction, that it's still processing and should be active within 15 minutes. Nothing extra for me to do. This was a new experience for me, no reordering to refunds no checking my bank for two or three business days looking for a cancelled transaction. As I was thanking them, the agent came back and said, your purchase just went through and linked me to my profile page. It was all done and I was able to keep working.

I've used Backblaze for a bit more than a year now, and I've had no problems with their service. Several times, I've needed to resort to the backups to retrieve earlier versions of a file, and it's been a great relief to discover that such retrieval is quick and easy. When one of my computers died, I thought that migrating the Backblaze service to its replacement would be tedious and difficult. I was wrong. It was quick and easy!

Claim "no hassle returns" but will sell you an open box item that isnt eligible for return without disclosing it. Fraud in 2 ways. 1) not honoring the return of a brand new items (in my case a range hood that required a deeper shelf so i didnt install it, and immediately placed back in box to return). 2) not disclosing the open-box status. Not on the website. Not on the invoice. Not even when attempting the return. I had to contact them to be told it was indicated in their back-end system. FRAUD

I am extremely disappointed with Oracle Cloud's support. I have been facing a critical registration issue, preventing me from accessing their services. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, I have not received any response. This lack of responsiveness and failure to address the problem is unacceptable. As a result, I cannot recommend any Oracle service until this issue is resolved promptly and effectively.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I’ve been lied to repeatedly, with different excuses given each time. I’ve been waiting for over a week for my order to be dispatched, and every time I contact them, I get more false promises. They’re just wasting my time. Terrible experience—won’t be shopping here again.

I subscribed for the business version and I was not able to log in with my email, nor was I able to even register with my email because my only option was .onmicrosoft.com ?! When I use my downloaded app it constantly sends me to teams web, asks me to register, to sign in, sign up etc. Interface is horrible, instructions on the PAID Office 365 page are not user friendly and customer support is a total 0.I would rather use even Skype for online meetings instead of this frustrating and time-wasting crap...

No customer service, flights delayed or canceled. In just a few months Delta has gone from one of the best to terrible. What happened? My wife was trying to fly from Minot, ND, to Alaska today for vacation on flight 4114. Unfortunately, as is often now the case now, her flight was delayed. This was not weather related. She tried calling but was not able to get through. She was on hold for over an hour and was never able to get through. I took her to the airport just before 5pm for a flight that had been delayed until just after 7pm. There were no ticket agents available to check her in. She waited there for two hours. She had to call me to come pick her up. She has been on hold again for over two hours trying to figure out what to do. Since she missed her flight I had to come pick her up. This cost me over $200 for the hotel for tonight in Alaska she had already booked and at least $20 in gas with two wasted trips to the airport. What happened to you Delta? You use to be a good airline. We will defiantly rethink any future travel on you inept airline. Hopefully she will be able to get out tomorrow.
