G2 is Good by Design, not by Chance

G2 is business rating company that bases their reports on actual customer reviews. What I like about the company is that:1) they do everything possible to insure that reviews are a fair representation of customer experiences.2) they rapidly follow through on any promises made to reviewers such as perks for timely submission of reviews.3) they clearly state their guidelines for reviewers.4) they explain to reviewers what makes a useful review.5) they do not use a game of chance to motivate reviewers to submit reviews but rather offer a prize to the first 40 reviewers. This, for me, is by far the best motivation.I could not think of anything that G2 could do to improve the reviewer experience.

BAD B RESORT AND SPA

I booked a room at the B Resort and Spa through Priceline, our stay was from the 21st of July (Friday) through the 24th (Monday). We were very excited to be a part of the Disney’s B Resort experience. We arrived late on Friday and were tired and just wanted to rest. From the moment they informed us that our room was down the hall, to the second we walked into our room; is when this trip went to hell in a hand basket! Our room resembled something from a prison, no lie (never been there but I have seen pictures). (I have pictures that I will attach for you and social media.)) We were told that the hotel was completely booked so we couldn’t change rooms. We decided to eat at American Kitchen and my burger tasted as though they poured salt on it, the gentleman assisting us said he would remove it from the bill, (which he did).We met friends in Florida but I was so embarrassed by our room I refused to allow anyone to see it. Saturday we left early, I stopped at the front desk to request that they clean our room and give us fresh towels, when we returned around 4 pm that process hadn’t happened yet. So I requested it again. When we returned after 10 pm the bed was pulled to and towels had been replaced, except face towels because they had run out of FACE TOWELS…. Really! We turned on the TV and it took the remote about 30 seconds before it would go to the next channel, we contacted the front desk and they said they would get maintenance to get us a different remote… waiting… we called again 30 minutes later and they told us he was trying to find one. When he did bring one it seemed to be having the same problem. Sunday we left early and again I stopped at the front desk to request that they clean our room and replace the towels. We returned at around 5:30 and the cleaning had not happened yet! Why are they still cleaning rooms at anytime after 3? The latest you can checkout is 2 pm and that’s a stretch. And here’s my problem their not even cleaning just straightening the bed replacing the towels and adding a couple of bottles of water! The fact that there’s still cleaning carts in the hallways after 6 is ridiculous!! That makes absolutely no sense at all! I went to the front desk AGAIN to get fresh towels, (at this point I can pull the blankets straight myself), she apologized and informed me that there were no face towels, STILL! This hotel is the second worst hotel that I have ever encountered in my ENTIRE LIFE! Your sheets and towels look like something given to prisoners. (Pictures will be attached).This horrible trip cost me $633.50, I did not take one pleasurable photo, not one and certainly not one with me in them. When I booked our room; I chose a room that was supposed to look out with a view of the fireworks, a room that was beautiful and photogenic, that is most definitely NOT the room we received if that were the case we wouldn’t be having the conversation through email. I was so upset with this room that my body was shaking and I had to keep telling myself to calm down. We checked out of your jailhouse hotel at 6 am, because we would rather sit in the airport than spend any unnecessary time in your hotel. You should be ashamed of yourself to offer this as any kind of option other than free! You attempt to make people think they’re getting something by putting Disney’s name on it but garbage is garbage I don’t care how you wrap it! I would like my money back, your hotel has put a bad taste in my mouth that I know I will never forget! $633.50 please!!(I wish I could show you the pictures of this jailhouse hotel) I spoke with someone from Disney’s Bad B Resort who informed me that the hotel features may not be available now but sometime in the future. If that wasn't the stupiest statement a hotel representative could say. It's like me going to buy a house and telling them I want to buy it on the fact that I will win the lotto in the future!

• I made a purchase. • I returned an item.•After 4 weeks of waiting for my return I contacted them.• They had issues with gift cards so I was given a voucher.• Voucher didn’t work for over a week so after contacting them daily they finally issued me a voucher that worked.• I purchased shoes and shirts for my kids.• Needed to make a return on a couple items but, because a vaucher is only a one time use, I can’t re-purchase the items at the discount price.I contacted customer service but, they won’t do anything for me so, I requested to speak to a supervisor which I’m still waiting to hear from.Adidas products are great, my kids like the clothing and shoes but, their customer service has always been horrible, any time I have an issue I have to practically beg to be solve even when is their fault to begin with.

Burrows Toyota Doncaster.Took my son to look at the cars at the garage a week ago, Liam the salesperson was absolutely fantastic. No hassle no pressure. When he found out that my son has high functioning autism, his first question was what can I do to make this an easier and better situation for you. My son did find the experience so much easier because Liam made him feel comfortable and at ease. He also bought a car !Thank you to everyone who helped or assisted my son you are amazing.

Mobile number updating is a NIGHTMARE ….!!!

Flipkart account profile maintenance is a nightmare!!! Especially if you have to enter your new mobile number and no longer have access to the old mobile phone. If you update the mobile number with the new number, Flipkart expects you to enter OTPs sent on BOTH numbers. Otherwise it will not update the mobile number.God help you if you don’t have shed to the old mobile number!! Even their support staff is unable to update it for you!!! Go figure!! 🥵WAKE UP FLIPKART! GET SOME BRAINS! Folks stick to Amazon. They are Amaz’in!!!

Tow truck driver left 100' length of oil stains on a one-year old newly paved driveway while towing my car. Have called AAA repeated times for resolution to stains, to no avail. Have been promised return calls by numerous people, including Eric of the SRT dept, given case number (34103634), yet no response or a single acknowledgement. Lip service only. Highly disappointed in company, their indifference, pretense of wanting to resolve, amount of time I have wasted, and utilizing a company that would send out a vehicle that would leak oil. Also received inconsistent info on every inquiry. Huge effort to clean spills has been largely unsuccessful. Lost all respect for company...

Five Star Towing from Sterling MA was AWESOME!!

Five Star Towing from Sterling MA was AMAZING!!!Harley took extra care to get the Silverado onto the flatbed truck and did it safely!They showed up in a timely fashion even though there were two legitimate tows from the same address.I don't know these folks but wish everyone was as expert and caring in their job!THANKYOU for a very pleasurable 50+ mile tow!!!
