VRBO is a tech company, with poorly written software, disguised as an alternative to hotels. There is one way to talk to a human and the wait time is ridiculous. If a property owner cancels a reservation out may be impossible to process a refund. I have up and just reported the problem to my credit card company. The best thing that could happen to this outfit is for the code writers to be suffocated in their sleep in their mother's basements where they live. I'll stick to hotels at the same prices where someone else makes the beds.

If I could give a negative review I would. Spent 3K for a high end refrigerator, is less than 4 years old and required multiple repairs that were extremely expensive and lost 3 refrigerators full of food in the process because they couldn't come to fix it for over 2 weeks each time. Charged to come out and tell me that the refrigerator didn't work, (I already knew that) and then had to order parts and pay for another service call. Local repair companies won't work on it because they say they are "junk". Very unhappy and plan to tell every person I know not to purchase an LG appliance.

Totally hopeless firm, hope they go bust soon and save the world the pain they cause. On holiday, a replacement product from China was arriving early, the email from fedex advised that changing the delivery date or location was not possible. We assumed based on that the parcel would probably be returned. Not a chance. It was dropped 10 doors away at someone we don’t even know. When I complained FedEx explained this was within the terms and conditions. I asked to se those terms, no. I can’t see them. One rule for them and another for us mere mortals I guess. Avoid these people.

I have mixed emotions about Live Chat because this evening I experienced good and not so good. Not sure why it would not let me see the box to put my comments in, but we finally got it working when it finally let me reply. The agent was courteous and very helpful. We found the problem and got everything fixed, and I am pleased. DepositPhotos people have always been friendly, courteous and very helpful. And that is appreciated.

The Shopify support does not support anything. We are stuck with tryin to log to our account but their server is not sending the authorization codes.Tried to get a hold of Shopify support - hah - there is a AI chat that asks the same questions over an over and you cannot get a human no matter what you do.No wonder the rating is so poor. Not really bad software but really, really bad support or rather - no support!Hi, finally got a real person that knew what she was doing. Kudos to her! She solved our problem quickly. Too bad she is not in charge of all their support.

We had an amazing family photography session with Joseph Stein of Paris Photography at Del Mar Beach! Joseph was on time, polite, and came fully prepared. He made the entire experience feel effortless and fun, even with kids involved. After the shoot, he took the time to review the photos with us, walked through how he enhances the images, and was super patient and informative without ever being pushy. We couldn’t be happier with how it went — highly recommend Joseph if you’re looking for a relaxed, professional, and talented photographer!
