Did an online purchase with a 40.99 quote for 4 new lines. They canceled order said go to store for id verification. I did so in store the plan was 60.99 but he added auto pay and paperless for another 10 dollars off. But i have to wait 2 to 3 billing cycles when online it was immediate then i kept being told basically, I can't read i am lying and I am just looking for aa discount that the only other discount is military teacher etc. but yet it clearly says this on the quote AT&T Unlimited Premium® PL planSee discounts$40.99OFFER: Get $10.00/mo. in bill credits for up to 36 mos. when you add a new line, bring your own smartphone, and transfer your existing number. THEIVES, SCAMS, THEFT. Amazon clearly stealing off customers by not refunding returned orders using the excuse its in their policy . SCAM HUGE SCAM. Customer service is appauling . Boycotte this company . Customers deserve better.Take custom elsewhere.Hope the CEO gets his karma by developing the pox! If he's anything like his vile company, i feel sorry for whoevers married to him. Who has shares in amazon? Satan? Because it seems that way. adidas sucks

70% off sales for Black friday and I was trying to order something. I’m an adiclub member and they say in a big banner on the website that there’s “FREE SHIPPING” for adiclub members. But when I check out I’m getting charged $4.99 for delivery of EACH product in my cart. I call adidas and ask them to fix it. They say they can’t do anything because “the system is down” and to try to call back tomorrow. I call back the next day and same thing. The next day and same thing. The next day and same thing. And so on and so on until today, the system is finally working. But my items are no longer on sale. And they still said they couldn’t remove shipping cost until AFTER i ordered because they need an order number. Adidas technology and customer service needs to catch up with the times. It’s so terrible. Will never be shopping here again. 0/5

Totally worthless, no answers, incomplete

I subscribed but within 15 minutes of using it I realized that the answers were incomplete. I had 10 questions and no solution. I entered the chat and requested a refund, after all I did not use anything because the answers were incomplete. The chat attendant said it was not possible to do the refund. Total disrespect with the consumer. I did not use the product because of poor service. When I initially google it the question appeared but after payment the answers were not correct and incomplete. Seriously that they did not refund a service that was not even done? Policy? What about the law? Disrespectful.

FRUSTRATION UNLIMITED.....BUY A SAMSUNG WASHER!!

If you want to be frustrated by a Samsung washer......and it was supposed to be top of the line.......it is constantly out of balance.....doesn't matter if there are 2 pieces or a full load. And.....the remedy is it fills over and over and over and over with water......it wastes gallons.....hundreds of gallons. It is so ridiculous......it takes 2 to 3 hours to do a load.....no matter how many time you open it and rearrange....it doesn't matter.....you have to stand by during the whole cycle. DO NOT EVER BUY ONE OF THESE!!! I WOULD LIKE TO PUSH IT OFF THE EDGE OF A CANYON.....WHAT A PIECE OF JUNK!!

Review of abercrombie

Really confused on the bad reviews…

I was googling how to post a review on Abercrombie of something I bought and I came across this site and was shocked by the negative reviews! I order from A&F on a very regular basis (like 3 times a month). I have never had an issue with something not being delivered or trying to get a refund on something I returned online. I live in the US so maybe experiences are different in other countries but I would be surprised by that as they have really wonderful customer service. Quality is for the most part pretty good for the price you pay for their clothes; and I have to stay really really cute on trend stuff! Once in a while I’ll get something I pay $100 dollars for and when I get it, doesn’t seem up to par but that’s pretty rare. Anyway, that’s just my opinion…. And a lot of others (look at the reviews of items online) again, just surprised to see this. Happy shopping ;)
