I dont like how you helped me when you didnt answer directly to my questions. you kept asking repeatedly when you didnt give a direct answer or direct explanation. Its okay. I like that idea of business. Just perplexed when other third party company and I talked about whose owner it is and it is dynadot and you guys weren’t able to contact that owner under same business email or something like that. At least I tried. Hope one day that owner will contact you any day and I’ll still keep my account in case for future. I’m stuck for 3 more years left to take a chance to own that domain after its expiration. Even though he never used it since it was my idea and I used it for 3 years. Now unable to login and change info and link though.

Some sellers are great, some are not. When there is a problem, ebay claims they will step in, but they don't. You are totally on your own. Some sellers (dmd2041) will sell you an item and never ship. You have to reach out to them, then they just create a label to buy time, but still never ship, then they are rude and threatening to the customer - still ebay does nothing. We are cancelling our account, can't put up with this anymore. It is sad, because ebay used to be a great place to buy stuff........not anymore..........

You have taken away something that they loved for your corporate greed and replaced it with another corrupt news station. After my computer just died for no reason I lost my access to my Dashlane account so it made it impossible to be log on to sites I needed to buy or 'am interested as who can remember all those complicated passwords that companies and people ask for these days because of the security paranoia they have bought upon us. well because of this Dashlane have to be similarly paranoid in ascertaining who you are before even helping with your problem. but I felt the frustration disappear after I had. The people I emailed 1/2 way around the World were as helpful as they could be and the only frustration from then on was the time lag because of distance and time zones. they were polite helpful and stuck with me and my frustrations all through the process....Good on them. and I thank them both for their efforts. Eventually I got every thing back to normal with their help. because of the time and distance I would suggest customers back up their account regularly and get an account recovery Key both from online at Dashlane to make the process easier and, possibly, less frustrating. I can understand why they do things the way they do but it became a frustrating business to get my info and account back.
